三软煤层巷道支护是煤巷支护技术难题之一,本论文以河南告成滑动构造带三软煤层20161下付巷支护为研究对象,在分析巷道变形破坏特征的基础上,采用数值模拟、物理模拟及极限平衡圈理论分析相结合的方法,揭示了告成煤矿巷道变形破坏规律,确定了合理的支护参数和支护方案,为该矿三软煤层巷道支护设计提供了依据。
通过现场取样和岩石力学实验,测定了告成煤矿三软煤层巷道围岩物理力学参数;通过巷道变形破坏规律实测,得出了巷道四周收敛变形,移近量最大达到850mm~950mm,以顶底收敛变形为主,是两帮变形量的1.27倍;运用数值计算及物理模拟分析了三软煤层巷道变形破坏机理,得出了告成煤矿巷道主要表现为右帮破坏和顶底板下沉。据此,提出了反底拱巷道优化断面,数值模拟表明巷道获得了右帮受力往中上部转移,顶底板移近量降低的效果。基于软底板条件,分别建立了仅考虑顶板影响、考虑两帮—顶板影响、考虑底板—两帮—顶板共同影响的巷道顶板平衡拱和巷道平衡圈计算模型,给出了平衡拱的解析表达式,分析了巷道底板、两帮、顶板三者的相互影响关系,确定了支护参数的计算公式。收集了类似14条巷道支护参数,通过工程类比法结合巷道围岩平衡圈理论分析,确定了锚网索喷+帮中部4m锚杆+W型钢带联合支护方式。最后,通过物理及数值模拟对方案可靠性进行验证及评价。

Three-soft coal seam roadway support is one of the coal roadway supporting technology problems. This paper takes three-soft coal seam 20161 roadway in sliding structure zone in Henan Gaocheng as the background, based on analysis of the characteristics of deformation and damage of the roadway, through the method of numerical simulation, physical simulation and limit equilibrium ring combination of theoretical analysis, analysis of deformation characteristics and put forward the reasonable supporting parameters of roadway earthly success, provided the theory basis for the bolting in three-soft seam roadway.
Making clear Gaocheng three soft seam roadway physical and mechanical parameters by rock mechanics experiment; Finding that the roadway convergence deformation around, the max deformation reaches from 850mm to 950mm, dofoamation in convergence with the top and bottom, which is 1.27 times the amount of deformation of the two sides by field measure deformation characteristics and rules of roadway; Through numerical simulation and physical simulation test analysis soft seam roadway mechanism of deformation, obtained Gaocheng coal roadway destruction mainly embodied in the right ribs with roof and floor sinking, adopts the optimized roadway section (the bottom arch) can make the right on the upper part for stress transfer, roof and floor closer are reduced. Based on the condition of soft bottom, calculation models of limit equilibrium arch are established in three case of only considering the effect of roof, consider the effect of two sides and roof, consider for floor, two sides and roof of roadway joint effect, the analytical expression of the limit equilibrium arch are given, analyzes the mutual influence relations of roadway floor, two side, top,the calculation formula of supporting parameters is determined. To analysis roadway theory by consider soft bottom limit equilibrium ring formula derivation. Collected 14 similar roadway supporting parameters which through the engineering analogy method, and analysis of roadway equilibrium ring theory, determine the spray anchor net cable add four meter bolt in the middle of ribs add W steel band combined supporting method. Finally, verifying and evaluating the reliability of the program by physical and numerical simulation.
