随着现代工业和市场经济的发展、煤炭企业竞争加剧，用户对煤炭质量的要求不断提高，选煤成为煤炭生产的重要环节。随着自动化程度的提高，以及劳动力成本的上升，传统选煤控制系统已不能满足现代化选煤厂的需求，选煤的控制系统正向网络化、智能化方向发展。本文结合中马村矿选煤厂的实际生产特点，研究选煤厂集散控制系统。 论文在介绍了目前选煤技术现状和发展、选煤方法以及选煤的必要性；然后对中马村矿选煤厂的选煤工艺进行了分析，详细分析了块煤分选工艺、末煤分选工艺以及煤泥水处理工艺；其次根据选煤工艺，选择了分选设备，主要包括运输机械、筛分机械、分选机械和脱水机械等设备；在此基础上分别设计了中马村矿选煤厂DCS控制硬件系统和软件系统，选择并配置了PLC结构、设计了电气原理图并搭建了DCS硬件平台，分别运用PLC梯形图和上位MCGS编程，采集了各分选设备的工作状况及电量参数等，经过运算、处理并输出控制量或直接输出报警信号；最后进行了软硬的性能测试，实现了选煤厂的集中控制。实际应用表明，集散控制系统技术可行和经济效益明显。

With the development of modern industry, the coal consumption is increasing, while the coal quality requirements have been raised. Bring coal preparation plant production technology is more and more complex, the traditional preparation control system cannot satisfy the control requirements of coal preparation plant, needs to carry on the transformation. Coal preparation plant has complex process, characteristics of the equipment, coupled with modern coal preparation plant control efforts are being made to the network, intelligent direction. This paper based on programmable controller design as the core under a control system, at the end of the first in the coal separation system process are analyzed and summarized, the second study on the understanding of the sorting equipment, determine its operation principle, hardware design through the various last sensors to measure parameter. Collecting the sorting equipment the working conditions of the power and various parameters and other parameters, direct control machine next a LCD display system parameters and realization of alarm functions, so as to highlight the centralized control way more local control mode, the superiority of coal cleaning technology also achieve the accuracy of the system control and fast speed.
