瓦斯事故是煤矿的主要灾害之一,不仅严重危及矿工的生命安全, 而且也给社会和家庭带来难以挽回的损失,造成巨大的经济损失和不良的社会影 响,因此,防治瓦斯灾害,保障煤矿安全生产和矿工的生命安全是煤矿安全工作 中迫切需要解决的问题上。 论文针对鹤岗矿区兴安煤矿煤层赋存条件及特点,通过实验室和现场测定了17、1 8、21和22号煤层的瓦斯基础参数。在总结已采区域的瓦斯涌出规律的基础上,预 测未采区域的瓦斯涌出量,总结了瓦斯赋存规律。针对瓦斯赋存规律及突出特点 ,提出了适合于鹤岗矿区煤层群开采石门快速揭煤有效的防突方法,确定了石门 揭煤突出危险性预测方法,采用钻屑解吸指标与吸附瓦斯压力的关系,快速测出 瓦斯压力。在现场进行了揭煤试验,成功地揭开了石门,将快速预测(效果检验 )结果与传统的预测(效果检验)结果比较吻合,说明该快速石门揭煤技术可行 、实用,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

The gas accident is one of coal mine main disasters, not only endangers the miner the safety seriously, but also gives the society and the family with critical loss ,creates the huge economic loss and negative social influence ,therefore, the preventing and controlling gas disaster, safeguards the coal mine safety in production and miner's safety is the urgent need to be solved issue in the coal mine safety service. In view of the condition and the characteristic of the Xing’an mine of the He Gang mining area, has adopt the result of the experiment from the laboratory and the gas foundation parameters from the 17,18, 21 and 22 coal beds in scene. In the rule foundation that the summary of the gas to gush out from the picked region, The paper forecast the total amount of the gas output from the not picked region, summarizes the law of the gas, storage. In the light of the rule and the prominent characteristic of the gas storage, the author proposes the effectively method of guard against the gas burst out in the process of extracting the alley in the rock and mining coal speedy in the coal synusia of the He Gang mining area , has settled the method to forecast the danger of the gas burst out in the process of extracting the alley in the rock, uses the relations of the target of boring dust’s desorption and the adsorption gas’ pressure ,measures the gas pressure fast. Carries on the experiment that mining coal speedy in the scene, extracts the alley in the rock successfully, compares the fast forecast (effect examination) result to the traditional forecast (effect examination) result, show that extracting the alley in the rock and mining coal speedy is feasible, practical, has the remarkable economic efficiency and the social efficiency.
