魏家地井田断层多,断层构造影响带内煤量巨大,仅F1-2断层组影响带对煤层的影响范围,走向长6000米,宽度100~250米,面积2.18km2,被影响储量达3893万吨。
采用分层采煤方法开采构造影响带内的煤层十分困难,所以,构造影响带内煤层的开采是一个未曾解决的技术难题。
要在构造影响带内有效地开采双突特厚煤层,需要解决以下两个问题:第一,采煤方案及工艺的选择问题;第二,构造影响带原始煤层双突问题的解决。
地质构造影响带内特厚煤层的开采选择综采放顶煤采煤工艺。
地质构造影响带双突特厚原始煤层中进行综放开采,在开采前必须经过长期有效抽放卸压、解除突出危险,开采是可行的。解突技术方法有穿层孔预抽放、顺层孔预抽放和煤层注水。在回采期间,瓦斯防治工作十分重要,该课题中瓦斯防治成功的技术方法是:边采边抽;“一进二回”的通风方式;采用通风孔和调节措施增加顶板巷风量。
该课题项目的成功为开采F1-2断层组影响带其他区段的煤层提供了可行的技术思想和经验。对矿井高产高效的发展及矿井回采率的提高有极大的现实意义。

Wei Jiadi coal mine contains many faults ,the fault conformation effects the production of coal mine seriously, F1-2 fault team range is 6000m along the strike,the 100~250m along the strip,area 2.18km2 ,effected production is 389.300million ton.
It is difficult to use the method of mining in slices to mine the effected by faults coal seam.So mining the effected by conformation coal seam is an unsoloved difficult technical problem.
To mine the effected by conformation and ‘double upburst’ higher coal seam effectively,it is nessary to resolve 4 problems: First, the question of the selection of the project and technics of mining; Second, the resolve of the problem of ‘double upburst’ coal seam in conformation area.
To mine the‘double upburst’higher original coal seam effected by faults by the technic of movable integrated mechanical mining,before the mining to require long time effectively deflation to unload stress and release from prominent danger,assure mining is feasible.The methods of solving ‘double upburst’are beforehand deflation via the hole in layers, beforehand deflation via the hole in the same direction as layers and affusion in layers.In the course of actual mining,prevention and cure is very important,the most successful prevention and cure gas technic method in this task are: deflation at the same time of mining;’one come into two come out’ventilated method;using vent and adjusting measure to increase wind power in roof entry.
The successful mining in this task offer feasible technic idea and experience to mine other section coal seam effected by F1-2 fault groups,which provided with very practical meaning in aspects of high coal production and effect development in coal mine and increasement in the recovery ratio in Acoal mine.
