摘 要 从上世纪90年代开始，信息化在全球经济社会发展中的作用日益显著，甚至引发了一场社会变革，深刻影响着社会生活。如今，数字技术己经渗透到生产、生活的各个领域，与经济全球化一起推动着产业分工深化和经济结构调整，从而重塑着世界经济格局。在此背景下，利用信息化手段谋求生存与发展，积极建设数字化矿山，是矿业企业必须面对的新挑战。 本文阐述了数字矿山的概念及其内涵，回顾了信息技术发展下，数字矿山建设的系统理论、控制理论、导航理论等相关理论，作为全文的理论基础；在对企业进行调研的基础上，分析了我国矿业企业目前信息化建设的现状，探讨了数字矿山建设存在的问题及影响因素，并进一步探究其制约因素；结合Z矿业企业信息化建设现状，提出该企业数字矿山建设的内容、整体规划和实施方案；针对Z矿业企业的信息化基础和现有资源，对该企业的调度管理、技术管理、安全预警、运销、财务和资源环境管理，以及电子商务等系统提出了数字矿山建设的系统规划，并分别对各系统的设计目标和功能模块的划分两个方面进行了研究。此外，论文还研究了建设数字矿山的一系列保障措施。 希望本文对于Z矿业公司建设数字矿山，明确和实施信息化建设任务具有指导作用，同时对于其它同类企业的数字矿山建设也具有一定的参考价值。

Currently， information technology， digital has been penetrated into all spheres of life， Economic globalization， together with the industry to promote the deepening division of labor and economic restructuring， thereby reshaping the world economy.
