樟木镇位于西藏自治区的西南部、喜马拉雅山脉南麓波曲峡谷左岸,在该区域斜坡地段古滑坡发育。近二十年来,随着樟木气候环境的改变和人类经济工程活动的增加,在这些古滑坡的滑坡体上临空条件较突出的部位出现了众多浅层土体次级滑坡。这些滑坡特别是新生次级滑坡严重威胁着当地人民生命财产安全和国民经济建设的发展。
本文以樟木镇福利院主滑坡及其次级滑坡的稳定性分析与评价为主要研究内容,在充分研究自然地理和工程地质条件的基础上,通过定性和定量方法对福利院主滑坡及其次级滑坡作了较深入地研究,较详细分析了其形态特征、变形特征、物质组成特征,并确定了滑坡的岩土物理力学参数和稳定系数,分析了影响滑坡稳定性的因素,认为水是影响福利院滑坡的主导因素,地震和人类工程活动是影响其稳定性的重要因素。通过定性方法分析并应用传递系数法和FLAC3D软件分别计算和分析该滑坡及其次级滑坡在天然状态和饱水状态两种工况下的稳定性后,对滑坡的稳定性进行评价。在天然状态下,主滑坡均处于稳定状态,次级滑坡处于基本稳定状态;在饱水状态下,主滑坡仍处于稳定状态,而次级滑坡则处于临界稳定状态。评价结果与实际观测情况基本吻合。

Zhangmu town is located in the left bank of Boqu canyon in the south
foot of Himalayas in southwest Tibet. There are many old-landslides in
this area. In the recent 20 years, with the variance of the climate and
the increasing of man-made project, many shallow soil sub-landslides
have developed on the prominent opening boundary position in these old-landslides. These landslides, especially the new sub-landslides have serious threat to the local people’s lives and property and the development of the local economy.
Take the analysis and appraisal of stability for the welfare-institute landslide and its sub-landslide as the main researching congtent, on the basis of fully studying the physical geography and engineering geology condition,this article makes a thorough study on the main landslide and
the sub-landslide, and makes a detailed analysis for the shape features,deformation features,material features,geotechnical parameters and the Fos of the wafare-institute landslide and its sub-landslide. On the bass of analyzing the stability factors, this article considers that water is the most important stable factor and earthquake and human engineering activities are also very important for the stability of the welfare-institute landslide and its sub-landslide. This paper adopts qualitative analysis and transfer coefficient method and the software FLAC3D to calculate and analyze the stability of the landslides in natural state and water-saturated state.The result shows that in natural state the main landslide and the sub-landslide are all stable, and in water-saturated the main landslide is stable but the sub-landslide critical stable. The result has a good agreement with the fact of practical observation.
