随着国家绿色环保发展理念的不断深入，煤炭提质增效已经成为生产企业必须面临的关键问题。对于煤炭开采企业来讲，如何加强煤质管理已经成为企业节约生产成本，增强企业绩效的关键所在。 针对以上煤矿企业发展背景，本文以胡家河煤矿选煤厂为研究对象，结合在选煤环节中突出的工艺不灵活、不能适应客户需求和生产管理组织水平较低等问题进行分析，采用精益化管理理论对胡家河煤矿洗选环节煤质管理问题进行研究。首先，基于精益化管理理论对胡家河煤矿煤炭产品质量和煤炭洗选工艺流程进行分析，总结了胡家河煤矿选煤环节在生产流程、质量管理体系和设备管理三个方面存在的问题，提出胡家河煤矿选煤煤质精益化管理体系。其次，对胡家河煤矿选煤煤质管理中的库存管理、等待环节、化验环节和搬运环节中存在的问题进行分析发现，目前胡家河煤矿在煤炭洗选环节中还存在生产流程不合理导致浪费严重、质量管理体系落后以及设备维护不到位等问题。最后，针对上述问题，基于胡家河煤矿选煤煤质精益化管理体系构建了煤炭质量管理体系，构建全面的生产设备维护体系、完善精益化成本控制策略等煤质管理措施，从而实现了对胡家河煤矿洗选环节煤质的精益化管理，切实达到了提质增效的目标。 本文对胡家河煤矿洗选环节煤质管理存在的问题进行了全面的梳理，利用精益化的理论提出了煤质管理的有效措施。对于改善胡家河煤矿洗选环节煤质管理提供了一定参考作用，同时也为其他煤炭生产企业完善其自身流程煤质管理提供了重要的参考价值。

With the deepening of the concept of green environmental protection in China, upgrading coal quality and increasing efficiency has become a key issue for production enterprises. For coal mining enterprises, how to strengthen the management of coal quality has become the key to saving production costs and enhancing enterprise performance. In view of the development background of Coal Mine Enterprises above, this paper takes coal preparation plant of Hujiahe coal mine as research object,and analyzes the problem of Hujiahe coal mine in coal selection link, which is not flexible,can not adapt to customer needs and low production management organization level,and uses lean management theory to study the problem of coal quality management in the Hujiahe coal mine cleaning link.First,based on the lean management theory, the quality of Hujiahe coal mine products and the process of coal washing process are analyzed.The problems existing in the three aspects of the production process,quality management system and equipment management of Hujiahe coal mine mining link are summarized, and the lean management system of coal quality for Hujiahe coal mine selection is put forward. Secondly,the problems of inventory management, waiting link,test link and handling link in the coal quality management of Hujiahe coal mine mine are analyzed.At present,there are still some problems in the process of coal cleaning in Hujiahe coal mine,such as the unreasonable production process,the backward quality management system and the inadequate maintenance.Finally,based on the above problems,the coal quality management system is constructed based on the lean coal quality management system of Hujiahe coal mine selection,the comprehensive production equipment maintenance system,the lean cost control strategy and other coal quality management measures are constructed, thus realizing the refined management of the coal quality of the Hujiahe coal mine selection link,and effectively achieving the quality and efficiency. In this paper,the problems of coal quality management in Hujiahe coal mine washing process are comprehensively sorted out,and effective measures for coal quality management are put forward based on lean theory.It provides a reference for improving the management of coal quality in Hujiahe coal mine washing process, and also provides important reference value for other coal production enterprises to improve their own process of coal quality management.
