随着企业的高速发展,原有建筑设施无法满足使用要求,大规模的新建将耗费企业大量资金和时间,对既有建筑进行改造是比较经济的选择。合理地对旧有建筑进行改造,不仅可以加快建设进程节约建设资金,还可以减少大规模新建带来的土地资源紧张、资金量大、回收期长等不利因素,这不仅对企业本身有利,对社会、国家都具有重大意义。
本文以现行加层理论为基础,结合单位现有技术工具,提出运用模拟加层,整体分析,对比改造的设计方法,对本单位钽粉研究中心的钢筋混凝土框架进行了加层改造。取得了良好的效果,积累了加固改造经验。所做的主要工作如下:
①综合阐述现行主要加固技术、加层设计原则、加固结构受力特征、加固结构基本计算假定等方面的理论。对“加大截面加固法”、“外包型钢加固法”、“粘钢板加固法”的承载力计算原理、设计理论进行了系统总结。
②针对本单位的钽粉研究中心加层改造工程,结合相关理论研究怎样从整体上对结构改造引起的结构性能改变进行分析、处理和加固,提出较为完善的改造方案。
③使用“SATWE-8”结构设计软件模拟计算,分析结构改造前后在整体性能、构件内力及配筋等方面的差异,得出改造对原有结构产生的整体性能弱化、内力重分布等方面的变化规律。
④对需要进行加固的构件结合建设单位要求,合理选择具体的加固方法进行加固设计。
⑤使用“SATWE-8”结构设计软件对加固设计结果进行结构整体验算,对改造后结构的整体性能、构件内力及配筋等方面重新分析,从理论上对结构改造加固的效果进行评价。
⑥对改造研究结果进行总结,归纳出等强代换经验系数,为今后类似工程积累改造经验。

With the high speed development of enterprise, while the original construction facility is unable to satisfy the operation requirements and large-scale new construction will take massive funds and time of enterprises, renovating the existing construction will be a relatively economical choice. Reasonable reconstruction of old buildings can not only speed up the buiding process to save the construction funds, but also reduce the adverse factor of land resouce strain, large amount of funds used, long period of recover and so on which are brought from largr-scale new construction. It will be good for enterprise itself and also of significance for the whole society and contry.
This paper based on the existing add layer theory, use the available technology tools, raise the design method of analysis and comparison of the overall transformation, heightenting reform the reinforced concrete frame of tantalum powder institution. Achieved good respond and accmulated reinforcement experience. The main work follows:
①General described the current main reinforcement technology, adding layer design principle, the force characteristics of reinforced structures, and basic calculations assume of strengthing structure. Systematically summarize bearing capacity calculation and design theory of “increase cross-section reinforcement method", "outsourcing steel reinforcement method" and "stick steel reinforcement method".
②As for the heightening reform project of tantalum powder institution, combined with related theory to study how to analysis, process and reinforcement the structural transformation caused by the change the whole structural analysis, proposed a more comprehensive rehabilitation program.
③The use “SATWE-8” to analyse overall performance before and after structural modification, and reinforcement components internal forces such as the difference, come to transform the original structure of the overall performance of weakening, internal force redistribution and other changes in law.
④Components that need to be reinforced with the use of units requested, a reasonable choice for concrete reinforcement reinforcement method.
⑤The use “SATWE-8” to check the result of structural reinforce design, reanalyse transformation, the structure of the overall performance, components and other aspects of internal forces and the reinforcement re-analysis of structural transformation from the theoretical evaluation of the effects of reinforcement.
⑥Summarize the results of the reform, the equal strength experiental substitution factor, the accumulation of similar projects for the future transformation of experience.
