以国家安全生产行业标准煤矿在用空气压缩机系统安全检测检验规范为依据,本文研究开发了矿用空气压缩机性能测试仪,并采用系统辨识的方法对仪器性能进行了评价。本仪器的研制将在准确分析评价煤矿在用空压机性能,及时发现其存在的问题,实现煤矿生产高产高效发挥重要的作用。主要内容有:
(1)通过对矿用空压机主要性能参数和测量原理的深入研究,本文以虚拟仪器技术为基础,研究确定了基于软件算法的排气压力、排气温度、流量、转速、功率等主要参数的测试方法,开发了基于USB总线的便携式仪器硬件和基于组件的测试分析软件。
(2)确定了测点分布及传感器的安装位置。根据矿用空压机性能参数及测试项目的不同,对传感器进行了选择。
(3)以螺旋模型为软件开发模型,选择LabVIEW为软件开发平台,设计了三层递进式软件结构。实现了压力测试、温度测试、流量测试、转速测试、功率测试和综合测试、网页报表生成等功能。软件开发过程中应用优化算法,使子程序重用性好、执行效率高。人机交互界面大量采用事件触发机制,使系统能及时响应用户指令而且节省计算机资源。
(4)采用阶跃响应的辨识方法对测试仪器进行评价,由输入阶跃信号及虚拟仪器的响应数据,建立系统数学模型,获取系统的频率特性。得出:系统的工作频带为 ,该结果从理论上说明该测试仪器可以用于压力、温度等参量的测试。
(5)最后对空压机性能测试仪进行了精确度分析及功能实验验证,结果表明,基于虚拟仪器的空压机性能测试仪可以满足测试的要求,该仪器可以用于现场测试。

The paper based on the national security production profession standard to the air compressor system safety examination request, has developed a new virtual instrument for safety inspecting-testing of Air compressor, and used the system identification method to carry on the appraisal to the instrument performance. This instrument's development will play a vital role on analysising and appraising the performance of the air compressor accurately, discovering its existing question promptly, realizing high and highly effective production.Mainly completed the research content to be as follows:
(1) Through to the air compressor's main performance parameter and the survey principle's thorough analysis, On the basis of Virtual Instrument Technology,this paper has introduced the testing methodes of its main parameters such as exhaust pressure, exhaust temperature,flow,rotation rate and power based on software algorithm,and developed portable instrument hardware based on USB bus and inspecting-testing software based on components.
(2) The paper has determined the measuring point distribution and sensor's installment position.Chosen the pneumatic transmitter according to performance parameter and test item's difference.
