聚羧酸系水煤浆添加剂具有碳链长、活性吸附点多以及含有聚氧乙烯醚长支链等特点,其研究对于提高水煤浆性能具有重要意义。本文以聚乙二醇、丙烯酸为原料,在浓硫酸的作用下通过酯化反应合成了聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯大分子单体。进而以过硫酸铵为引发剂,异丙醇为链转移剂,以聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯大分子单体与丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酰胺进行四元共聚,通过水溶液聚合法合成了高效聚羧酸系水煤浆添加剂。
以酯化率为考察对象,通过单因素分析和正交试验研究了影响酯化反应的主要因素。得到了聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯大单体制备的最佳条件为:酸醇比2.5:1,反应时间4h,反应温度100℃,对苯二酚用量0.6%,浓硫酸用量2%。
以水煤浆粘度变化为研究对象,综合分析了不同因素对水煤浆添加剂制备中共聚反应的影响情况。确定了共聚反应的最佳条件是:丙烯酸0.03mol,丙烯酰胺0.024mol,甲基丙烯酸0.01mol,聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯0.02mol,反应物配比(丙烯酸:丙烯酰胺:甲基丙烯酸甲酯:聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯)为1.5:1.2:0.5:1,反应时间3h,反应温度85℃,引发剂用量2%,链转移剂用量2.5%。
红外光谱分析验证了酯化反应和共聚反应的进行,酯化产物中酯基发育,共聚产物中含有羧基、酰胺基、聚氧乙烯基等官能团。
在陕北神木王家沟煤中添加自制的水煤浆添加剂制备不同浓度的水煤浆,进行了成浆性试验。结果表明,当自制的水煤浆添加剂最小用量为0.4%时制备的水煤浆粘度最小,为764.32mPa?s,其最大制浆浓度达到70%。用自制添加剂与聚乙二醇复配制浆的最小用量为0.3%时制备的水煤浆粘度最小,为749.75mPa?s,其最大制浆浓度可达到72%,并且制备的水煤浆均有良好的稳定性、分散性和流动性。
通过将自制添加剂与同类添加剂制浆性能比较,认为自制的水煤浆添加剂具有用量小、制浆浓度大、粘度小和稳定性好等优点。

Polycarboxylate-based coal water slurry additive have much significance to be researched because of the long carbon chains, amounts of active adsorption joints and long sub chains of polyoxyethylene ether. With polyethylene glycol and acrylic acid as raw material, polyethylene glycol acrylate was synthesized by means of esterification with catalyst of concentrated sulfuric acid. Then, by aqueous polymerization method, efficient polycarboxylate-based coal water slurry additive was synthesized with ammonium persulfate as initiator, isopropanol as chain transfer agent, four-substance copolymerized with polyethylene glycol acrylate, acrylic acid, methyl methacrylate and acrylamide.
Picking the esterification rate as the object of investigation, the main factors were studied basing on the single factor experiments and the orthogonal experiments. The optimum technological parameters of the preparation of polyethylene glycol acrylate were: the ratio of alcohol-acid 2.5:1, the amount of hydroquinone 0.6%, the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid 2%, the temperature 100℃ and the reaction duration 4h.
Picking the viscosity of CWM as the object of investigation, the effects of the different factors were comprehensive analyzed about the polymerization reaction. The optimum conditions of polymerization were: acrylic acid 0.03mol, methyl methacrylate 0.01mol , acrylamide 0.024mol, polyethylene glycol acrylate 0.02mol that reactant ratio (acrylic acid: methyl methacrylate: acrylamide: polyethylene glycol acrylate) equals to 1.5:1.2:0.5:1, the reaction duration 3h, the temperature 85℃, the amount of initiator 2% and the amount of chain transfer agent 2.5%.
The IR spectrum analysised and verified esterification and copolymerization, and there was ester group in the esterification products and there were the carboxyl、amide、unsaturated monomer of side-chain polyoxyethylene group in the copolymerization products.
The different concentrations of CWM were made with self-made coal water slurry additive and remixed coal water slurry additive for the coal of wang jia gou in Northern Shaanxi. The analysis shows that the viscosity of the CWM was the minimum when the quantity of polycarboxylate-Based coal water slurry additive was 0.4%, the CWM had a minimal viscosity, which was 764.32mPa?s and the maximal concentration 70%. And the viscosity of the CWM was the minimum when the quantity of the Self-made remixed coal water slurry additive was 0.3%, the CWM had a minimal viscosity, which was 764.32mPa?s and the maximal concentration 70%, meanwhile both the CWM had a good stability, dispersion and fluidity.
It was found that the self-made additives had the Features of little dosage, large pulping density compared the self-made additives with the same type additives.
