井巷工程是煤矿基本建设中的重点工程,其工程量和投资额一般占煤矿建设的60%以上,井巷工程建设工期直接影响着煤矿建设的速度。而煤矿建设早日完成,对企业以后的投产、维护起到至关重要的作用。因此,全面、系统地提高井巷工程建设管理水平,加快建设速度、缩短建设周期,对煤矿企业来说是一个亟待解决的问题。本论文主要研究井巷工程建设的进度控制及工期优化问题。
论文从传统进度控制的含义、过程及使用方法入手分析,指出传统进度控制中存在动态性不足,可操作性不强的缺点,积极吸取管理学科中的优秀成果,针对井巷工程建设工期长、不可预见因素多、危险性大等特点,引入质量管理体系中的PDCA管理模式,从P、D、C、A四个步骤对井巷工程施工动态进度控制进行分步研究,并提出具体措施。
论文简要介绍了网络计划技术,没有纠缠于复杂的理论探讨,而是结合井巷工程建设实际情况,从资源使用和工序关系两方面入手进行了井巷工程工期优化方面的研究探讨,提出缩短工期的具体措施。
最后本论文针对柳壕沟煤矿井巷工程建设项目,对进度计划横道图和网络图进行了对比分析、优化,优化过程使用Project 2003软件,缩短建设工期3.5个月,显示出良好的效果。说明动态进度控制和网络优化方法在井巷工程建设中是十分实用的方法,值得积极推广。

The shaft engineering is the key infrastructure project in coal mining construction, it’a resilience and the investment occupy the coal mine construction generally above 60%. It’s construction speed immediately influence coal mine’s, and mine construction’s early completion play a crucial role in later operation and maintenance, so improved the management level of shaft engineering,speedy the construction speed, shorten the construction period is a question which urgently awaits to be solved for coal mine enterprise. This paper studies the optimization of progress control of shaft engineering.
The paper analysis traditional progress control's plan, the process and the application method obtains, point out that the traditional progess control has the dynamic insufficient and the teasibility shortcoming. It absorbs positively the outstanding achievement in the management discipline, and in view of the shaft engineering construction's complexity and the particularity, in the mass injection management system's PDCA management pattern, it research shaft engineering dynamic process control from P,D,C,A step by step and proposes the specific measures.
The paper introduce the network-based planning techniques briefly,do not check the complex theory discussion,but unioning shaft engineering construction actual situation,related two aspects from the resources use and the work procedure to carry on the shaft engineering time optimization research discussion ,proposed the reduction time specific measures.
Finally the paper in view of the Liu Hao-gou coal mine shaft engineering construction project, analyzes and optimize the Gantt chart and network diagram of its progress schedule using the PROJECT 2003 software, reduces the construction time 3.5 months, demonstrates the good effect. Explained that the dynamic progress control and the network optimization method in the shaft engineering construction is the very practical method, should promote positively.
