随着“十三五”绿色节能环保发展路线的提出,低碳发展的理念越来越深入人心,能源的高效利用与清洁利用成为目前备受关注的话题。在城镇化和家电下乡等政策的带动下,太阳能热水应用在农村和小城镇已极为普遍,但在人口稠密的城市建筑中的推广应用却不尽如人意。如何在点缀建筑整体外观风格的基础上,简化太阳能热水设备的安装与维修,实现真正的建筑一体化是亟待研究的问题。
本文首先在分析太阳能热水设备原理、分类及特点的基础上,通过比较平板式集热器与真空管式集热器,选取性能上具有更广泛应用前景的平板式集热器为研究对象,结合目前太阳能热水设备的应用现状和存在问题,针对城市中、高层住宅建筑,提出了户内可拆卸式(Indoor Detachable Way简称IDW)平板集热设备的概念。通过集热器与建筑一体化分析,提出屋面系统、阳台系统和墙面系统三种结合方式,分别给出自然循环和强制循环系统设备安装示意供设计参考。为方便长期使用过程中的维修与更换,重点探讨了IDW太阳能平板集热设备与建筑连接的设计要求、安装方案及构造措施,设计出相应的安装详图连接构件大样图、设计注意事项等供设计师在初始设计时参考选用,为太阳能集热设备在城市建筑中的推广使用奠定基础。

With the development of "the 13th Five-year Plan ", green energy-saving environmental protection route is put forward, the concept of low carbon development has become more and more thorough popular feeling, the efficient use of energy and clean use of become the topic of concern. Under the policy impetus, solar hot water application is extremely common in rural areas and small towns, but in the popularization and application in the populous urban construction is not satisfactory, such as urbanization and home appliances to the countryside. How to simplify the installation and maintenance of solar water heating equipment based on embellishment the architectural overall appearance style and achieve the integration of the building is an urgent study.
Author selected flat plate collector which has a broader application prospect in the performance as research subjects, Combined with the current status of application and problems in solar water heating equipment for the city's middle, high-rise residential buildings. This paper presents the concept of Indoor Detachable Way (referred to IDW) flat-plate collector equipment based on the analysis of solar hot water equipment principle, classification and characteristics by comparing the flat plate collector with vacuum tube collectors. Author proposed combination of the three ways are Roofing systems, Balcony systems and Wall systems, respectively provided installation diagram of natural circulation and forced circulation system to refer to the designer by analyzing integrated collector and Architecture. To facilitate the process of long-term maintenance and replacement, it focuses on the design requirements installation programs and structural measures of connecting of IDW flat plate solar collector device with the construction, designs the appropriate installation detail connecting member large drawing, and other design considerations for designers in the initial selection of the reference design. Laying the foundation for the promotion of the use of solar collectors equipment in city buildings.
