矿井局部通风系统故障是导致掘进工作面较易发生瓦斯爆炸事故的主要原因之一。矿井局部通风系统包含了多个组成部分,涉及的故障原因和种类较多。工作人员由于缺乏可以依赖的故障诊断信息,无法及时地对所发生的故障进行准确和快速地分析判断,延长了停风时间,从而带来了瓦斯爆炸事故的隐患。因此,本文提出对基于Web的矿井局部通风故障诊断专家系统进行研究和开发,完成主要研究内容如下: (1)对矿井局部通风系统各组成单元故障信息进行分析,建立系统故障诊断模型树,并对故障历史实例进行收集,利用项目已开发故障诊断规则获取软件对故障诊断决策数据库进行数据挖掘,获取故障诊断规则和故障诊断事例。 (2)对专家系统总体结构、知识库结构和知识表达及推理机制等技术进行分析,并采用SQL 2000语言建立了故障诊断事例库、故障诊断规则库。 (3)对系统实现关键技术进行了研究,确定了采用JSP(JavaServer Pages)和Java技术方案完成对矿井局部通风故障诊断系统的网络化,采用JESS(Java Expert System Shell)与Java语言完成对矿井局部通风故障诊断专家系统的集成开发,采用JDBC(Java Data Base Connectivity)连接SQL 2000数据库,并完成与LabView网络接口。 (4)采用面向对象技术对原型系统进行过程建模,采用Java语言、JSP技术、SQL 2000数据库、JESS对系统原型软件进行开发和实际应用示范验证。 论文把计算机网络技术和专家系统理论应用到矿井局部通风故障诊断领域中,为矿井局部通风故障诊断提供一套基于Web的专家支持系统,这在矿井局部通风安全管理领域是一次新的尝试和探索,可以协助煤矿技术人员进行快速、准确故障诊断,对减少瓦斯爆炸事故发生以及提高煤矿通风安全具有积极意义。

The fault of local ventilators is one of the main factors to induce gas explosion accident at heading face in coal mine. The local ventilation system comprises several equipments and components, which involve numerous fault types and reasons. Because of the lack of basic information for fault diagnosis, the miner can not estimate the fault reasons quickly and accurately, which extend the ventilation break time without plan and bring hidden dangers of gas explosion. Therefore, a fault diagnosis expert system based on Web is studied and developed in this dissertation. The main performed researches are as follows: (1)Based on abundant analysis on the faults of equipments and components in the local ventilation system, the fault diagnosis tree model are developed, and the historical fault information is collected. The process of the data mining of the decision-making database of fault diagnosis is performed by using the rules software of fault diagnosis, and the rules and the instances of fault diagnosis is carried out. (2)The technology about the overall structure of the expert system, the base structure of knowledge, knowledge representation and reasoning mechanism are analysed,and the rules and instances database of fault diagnosis is established by SQL 2000. (3)The key technology of system is studied, JSP(JavaServer Pages) and Java technology are used to complete the network of fault diagnosis system of local ventilation in coal mine, JESS(Java Expert System Shell) and Java language is used to complete the integration development of Fault Diagnosis Expert System of the local ventilation, JDBC(Java Data Base Connectivity) is used to connect SQL 2000 database, and network interface with LabView is completed. (4)The prototype system is analyzed and modeled by the object-oriented technology (OOT),and the Java language, JSP technology, SQL 2000 Database and JESS are used to develop the prototype system software, and the model of practical application is verificated. It applies computer networks and expert systems theory to the area of fault diagnosis of local ventilation in coal mine in this dissertation, a Web-based expert support system is provided to the fault diagnosis of the local ventilation in coal mine. It’s a new attempt and exploration in the area of security management on local ventilation in coal mine. It can help the miner estimating the fault factors quickly and accurately, and it also is significant to decrease gas exploding accident and improve safety manage in coal mine.
