论文设计了一套钢丝绳张力数据采集系统,用主控计算机对在一个区域内的多个钢丝绳张力试验台进行张力数据采集,系统主要功能模块可分为:下位机传感器信号变送电路、稳压电源、数据采集处理模块、下位机数据存储、数据无线传送模块和上位计算机的集中显示采集数据、数据标定、数据存储、历史数据显示及数据曲线绘制等。
系统的硬件部分以嵌入式单片机C8051F330作为主控MCU,内部集成了A/D模块、SPI接口、FLASH存储器等多种功能模块;采用内部集成了稳压电源、运放、滤波器等功能的高精度模数转换芯片FS511作为传感器数据采集器,AD转换精度高达18位;设计了一种适合电池供电的低压差的稳压电源,输入输出最低压差减小到0.2V,填补了市场上的空缺;选用DTD462A作为无线数据传送模块,采用433MHz的通信频率,保证了传输距离远,误码率低,简化了系统布线,使整个系统结构简单,体积小巧。软件部分主要完成了上、下位机程序设计,下位机是针对单片机编程,编程语言采用C,编写了A/D转换程序、系统控制程序、数据通信程序、FLASH存储数据程序等;上位机以LabWindows/CVI为开发平台进行软件设计,系统提供了人机对话的操作界面,实时显示采集数据,并可进行数据存储及绘制数据曲线,供用户研究分析钢丝绳性能;还设计了故障报警、预报功能,实现了系统的智能化监控;在数据标定时,提出了非线性修正方法,减小了故有非线性误差的影响。考虑到本系统可能受到外部、内部干扰,在硬件和软件设计中进行了抗干扰设计。
经过实验室测试与几个月的现场应用,本系统的软硬件功能满足了用户的要求,各项技术性能指标优良。

The paper designs a data acquisition system for wire ropes’ tension, using computer to collect wire ropes’ tension data of some experiment tables in an area. The main function modules are: the sensor circuit, regulated power supply, data acquisition and processing module, wireless data transmission module, display module, data calibration, data save, historical data display, drawing curves and so on.
The system uses embedded microcontroller C8051F330 as the MCU, which has integrated the A/D module, SPI interface and so on. Sensor data collector uses an 18-bit high-resolution analog-to-digital converter chip--FS511, which has integrated switching circuits, operational amplifier, digital filter, etc. Designs a regulated power supply, its voltage difference between input and output is 0.2V, filling the vacancy of market. Using DTD462A as the wireless data transmission, which ensures the transmission distance and lower error code rate in 433MHz, and simplifies system structure. The software includes microcontroller programming and PC programming. Using C programming language writes A/D conversion program and system control, data communication program, etc. With LabWindows/CVI as development platform to design PC programming, designs a intelligent monitoring system, which has a man-machine dialogue interface, can display real-time data, can draw data curves, has the fault alarm function, forecast function and so on. In data calibration, raises a nonlinear correction method, reducing the influence of the nonlinear error. There being many disturbance elements in the system, some anti-disturbance methods are applied in the hardware and software.
Through the laboratory test and field application for several months, the system hardware and software functions have satisfied the user's requirements, the performance index is excellent.
