综采放顶煤开采技术以其对厚度变化大及复杂地质构造煤层的较强适应性和掘进率低、自燃发火频率低、以及良好的技术经济效果而得到广泛应用,并得到快速发展。
自1995年以来,红会矿区在小窑破坏区被迫采用落后的巷柱式采煤方法进行残采,造成矿井生产布局分散、工效低、效益差、资源回收率低、掘进率高、安全事故多等问题。针对红会煤田特厚煤层小窑破坏性开采的特点,利用电法勘探、坑透技术,结合长、短钻孔探测小窑破坏区位置范围的研究;通过对工作面设计与巷道布置及施工工艺技术、综合防灭火技术和改制支架适应性及“三机”配套合理性的研究,实现对小窑破坏区资源的综放复采和资源的最大化回收,有效扼制小窑的继续延深破坏,使矿井达到安全高效、合理集中生产和提高经济效益的目的。

The fully-mechanized coal mining with sublevel caving technology which it can strongly suit large and complexly geologic structure coal seam, has the low rate of shaft and drift excavation and the low spontaneous combustion ignition frequency, , as well as the good technology economic effect is obtained the widespread application and the fast development.
Since 1995,HongHui mining area has com compelled to use the backward coal pillar mining method to carry on rampantly mining, makes the production of the underground mine layout to disperse, the work efficiency lowly, the bad benefit , the low resources returns-ratio , the high tunneling rate, the many security accident and so on . In view the characters of HongHui coalfield, small colliery mining very thick seam failure, Use electromagnetic prospecting、exploring mining probing,combine long and short drilling explore the bound of failure arose by small colliery;by investigation of working face design、roadway layout 、operational guidelines、fire prevention、fire extinguishing、adaptability of support modification and the matching of shearer、scraper conveyor and transfer conveyor,to achieve the maximum reclaim resource,which is failured by the mining of small colliery,efficiency check the continuance failure bring by small colliery,make mine achieve the aim of safety、high efficiency、concentrated mining、improve economic profit。
