目前全球电信运营企业向全业务运营企业发展。中国移动作为世界范围内移动用户数最多的通信企业,面对的挑战就是如何成功实现业务转型和网络转型,建立提供语音、数据、图像业务的全业务运营网络。所以研究和设计基于TD-SCDMA的全业务城域网对中国移动从无线业务运营商发展为全业务运营商具有重要意义。
本文针对中国移动向全业务运营演进的要求,从全业务城域网所承载的业务入手,分析了城域网业务的类型、特征与发展变化。以及现有城域网存在的问题。探讨了未来的全业务城域网架构与演进策略,研究了平衡现有网络设备与资源的方式,讨论了演进过程中传统业务的需求。同时分析了几种光网络技术的特点,讨论了这几种技术在应用上互补的优势,研究了OTN(光传送网,Optical Transport Network)、PTN(分组传送网,Packet Transport Network)、PON(无源光纤网络,Passive Optical Network)等光网络技术在全业务城域网中的应用。建立了全业务城域网的设计模型,设计了全业务城域网建设方案,将该方案应用到了中国移动在某地州全业务城域网的建设中,说明了本文所给出的设计模型和建设方案的可行性。

Telecom companies are developing into full-service operation in the word. China Mobile is the communications company which has the largest number of mobile users in worldwide. It is meeting the challenge to achieve service transformation and network transformation successfully, and to establish full-service network of providing voice, data and images. Therefore, research and design the full-service of MAN based on TD-SCDMA system is very important for China Mobile to develop into full-service provider from wireless service operators.
Based on the requirements of evolution for the full-service operations of China Mobile, the service types, characteristics and developments of a MAN in full-service network were analyzed, as well as existing metropolitan problems. The future evolution strategy and structure of the full-service of MAN were explored. The mode of balance existing network equipment and resources were studied, and the requirements of developing traditional services while evolutionary were discussed. In addition,the characteristics of several optical networks technology were analyzed, the application of these techniques in a complementary advantages of the OTN (Optical Transport Network), PTN (Packet Transport Network), PON (Passive Optical Network) and other optical network technology in the full-service of Metropolitan Area Network were discussed. A full-service design model of MAN was established, and the full-service of MAN-building programs was designed.It was applied to the state of China Mobile in a place of full-service MAN construction, and its feasibility was showed.
