在采矿、冶金、制造、化工、制药、供水等行业中,压力是生产过程中的重要参数,它的应用极其广泛。实时监测压力的变化是实施现代化生产管理的重要环节,因而压力测试技术和仪表的发展历来受到人们的重视。在采矿行业中,压力检测是保证采煤安全的重要一环,因此开发一种智能压力检测装置来用于采煤工作面液压系统的压力检测是十分必要的。 本文所设计的压力检测系统是ARM处理器与仪器的有机结合,它以菲利普公司的LPC2294为核心,利用电阻应变片将压力转换成电压信号,通过放大电路将电压信号放大并传输至LPC2294进行A/D转换,然后将各液压支架的压力数据传输至存储芯片保存,并显示。本系统的特点是:压力量程为1~60Mpa,每5分钟采集一次压力数据。各分机的压力数据通过CAN总线传输至主机,总线的传输速率为250Kbps。主机再通过串口将数据传输至计算机。计算机通过串口读取主机的压力数据,并将数据保存在数据库中,上位机采用NI公司的Labview软件进行设计。其中串口的接收部分用Labview中自带的VISA控件来编写,数据库部分采用微软的Access软件建立数据库,利用第三方编写的Labsql将数据写入数据库。 论文的第一章综述了压力检测的起源,发展以及国内外压力检测的现状;第二章主要论述了系统的整体设计思路及方法;论文第三章、第四章系统的硬件电路、软件开发环境及相关的软件流程;第五章简单介绍了PC机软件开发语言以及对上位机部分的软件设计做了简单的介绍。第六章对全文的工作做了总结,并对压力检测以后的发展方向阐述了自己的观点。

The pressure detection is concerned to be a pivotal role and widely used in the process of productions of mining, metallurgy ,manufacture,chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals and water supply, etc. Meanwhile, it is regarded as necessary way of modern production management, which is gradually paid great attention, especial in the technology of pressure detection and instrumentation. Hence, the R&D of intelligent pressure detection system is significantly important and indispensable for mining security. The pressure detection system is designed as the organic combination of ARM processor and related instruments. The core of ARM processor is based on LPC2294. The basic progress of system is simply depicted as follows: the pressure signals are converted into the voltage signals by using the resistor converter, then the voltage signals are amplified and transmitted to LPC2294 for A/D transformation. All processed data from each system is transferred to Host computer for saving and displaying. The fundamental features of the pressure detection system are: detection range: 1~60Mpa; data collection every 5 minutes; the data transferring function is fulfilled by CAN bus which is standardized as 250Kbps. The ultimate data, finally, are saved in computer database, which are read from the serial port of Host computer. The console is designed with the software of Labview, NI company, and the serial port receive function is coded with VISA model in Labview; the database is created by the Access and Labsql. The first chapter of the thesis is an overview of the origin and development of the pressure detect, and the situation at home and abroad; chapter II focuses on the overall design and method of thinking; Chapters III, IV are about of the hardware circuit, software development environment and related software process; the fifth chapter describes a simple PC-software development language, and a simple introduction of the upper part of the software. Chapter VI is the work summarized, and the direction of the pressure detect development on my own opinion in future.
