我国煤炭开采规模和产量在逐年增大,采矿作业井巷不断加深和拓展,随着机车和道岔口的数量越来越多,路况变得更加复杂,给平巷机车运输管理带来极大的不便。本文在充分调研首山一矿平巷机车实际运输状况,以物联网技术、计算机技术和互联网技术为推动,建立平巷机车运输调度控制系统,解决首山一矿现存的机车运行秩序混乱的问题,从而提高运输效率,降低运输成本,保障矿井运输安全。首先介绍课题的研究背景、目的及意义,描述国内外矿井“信集闭”系统的意义及其研究现状。 首山一矿平巷机车运输调度控制中存在的问题,提出调度控制要求,并列出系统的功能需求,包括机车的定位,道岔遥控操作,调度室与机车的司机进行实时通讯和自动调度功能。 根据系统的功能需求,进行系统的总体方案设计。系统的结构设计,包括机车定位子系统、道岔控制子系统和无线通讯子系统。系统的功能设计,包括登录模块、机车定位模块、道岔控制模块、调度模块、无线通讯模块、报表统计模块、故障管理模块及系统管理模块等八个模块。 围绕首山一矿平巷机车运输调度控制要求,进行系统的硬件设计,包括硬件结构及选型。软件设计,包括机车定位模块、道岔控制模块及调度管理模块的设计。 该系统成功应用于首山一矿中,运行结果表明,系统满足功能需求,运行稳定。

The scale and output of coal mining in our country are increasing year by year. With the number of mining operation shafts and lanes is deepening and expanding, the number of locomotives and turnout points is more and more, and the traffic conditions become more complicated, which brings great inconvenience to the transportation management. In this paper, transport situation of Shoushan No.1 cola mine is investigated, with the promotion of IOT, computer technology and Internet technology, transport Monitor System for locomotives scheduling is built to solve the problem that locomotive running order disorder in Shoushan No.1 cola mine, so as to improve transportation efficiency, reduce transportation costs and ensure mine transportation safety. First, the research background, purpose and significance of the topic is introduced in this paper. Then the significance of locomotives scheduling and its research at home and abroad is described. Second, the existing problems in the scheduling of Shoushan No.1 cola mine are analyzed and the requirements of scheduling control are put forward. The functional requirements of the system are listed, including locomotive locating, remote control of switch, dispatching room and locomotive driver real-time Communication and automatic scheduling function. Third, the overall system is designed in according to the system's functional requirements. The structural design of the system includes locomotive locating subsystem, turnout control subsystem and wireless communication subsystem. The functional design of the system includes eight modules such as login module, locomotive locating module, turnout control module, dispatch module, wireless communication module, statistics module, fault management module and system management module. Then, according to locomotive transport scheduling control requirements, hardware design that includes the structure and selection of hardware is carried out. Software design, including locomotive positioning module, switch control module and scheduling management module design is carried out. Finally, transport scheduling control system for Shoushan No.1 cola mine is developed. The system is successfully applied to Shoushan No.1 cola mine, and the results show that the system meets the functional requirements and runs stably.
