我国西北地区煤炭资源丰富、埋藏浅、煤层厚度大,但层数多,且多为煤层群开采。开采过程中,上下邻近层瓦斯涌向开采层工作面和采空区,对工作面瓦斯治理带来新的影响。
研究煤层群开采条件下采动瓦斯分布规律,可以为采动瓦斯涌出后对瓦斯抽放提供理论依据。而研究不同条件下采空区上覆岩层的变形破坏规律,确定采动上覆岩石“三带”的范围,是掌握采动瓦斯流动规律并最终进行采动瓦斯抽放的关键和前提。
论文依托内蒙古科技厅重大项目“乌达矿区高瓦斯矿井瓦斯抽采技术及综合利用研究”,以乌达矿区五虎山煤矿生产实际为基础,针对煤层群开采条件下采动卸压瓦斯赋存规律和治理技术为研究对象,主要研究内容如下:
(1)通过理论分析,收集相关现场资料,建立煤层群开采的数值模型,利用有限差分软件对模型进行求解计算,研究煤层群开采过程中采动空间应力分布规律。
(2)利用数值模拟的结果,观察上覆岩层各固定观察点在工作面推进一定距离后该点的受力及位移曲线,确定试验工作面“三区”、“三带”范围。
(3)对工作面推进过程中的瓦斯涌出进行分析,并对工作面瓦斯涌出量进行预测,根据预测结果分析工作面瓦斯来源。
(4)根据分析结果实施本煤层预抽、邻近层卸压瓦斯抽采、采空区瓦斯抽采等综合瓦斯治理措施,并选择有代表性的区域,对钻孔抽采瓦斯参数进行考察,验证治理措施的有效性。

China is rich in coal resources in the northwest region, shallow buried depth, coal thickness, but group of layers and for the coal seam group mining.Therefore, in the process of exploitation, on the adjacent layer of gas into the mining working face and goaf, bring new influence on the management of the gas.
Study the dynamic gas distribution law of coal seam mining conditions, can provid a basis theoretical in drainaging gas of emission after mining.While the study under different conditions of mining overburden deformation and failure law of goaf, determine the overlying rock "three zone", is also the master of mining gas flow pattern and the key and precondition of mining and gas drainage.
This paper relies on the science and Technology Department of Inner Mongolia major projects "study and comprehensive utilization technology of high-gas coal mine gas drainage in Wuda mining area", based on Wuda area Five Hu Shan mine actual production coal seam mining conditions, mining and gas occurrence law and control technology as the research object, the main content is divided into the following four parts:
(1) Through theoretical analysis and related site information collection, to establish a coal seam group mining numerical model, the model is solved by using finite difference software calculation, the study of coal seam group mining mining spatial stress distribution law in the process.
(2) Using the results of numerical simulation, observe the overburden the fixed observation points in the working face advancing distance after that point of force and displacement curve, determine the test scope face "three areas", "three zones".
(3) Analysis of gas emission of working face advancing process, and the working face gas emission forecast, according to the results of the prediction analysis of working face gas source.
(4)Implemented according to the results of the analysis of the coal seam drainage, adjacent layer of pressure relief gas drainage in goaf mining, comprehensive gas control measures such as extraction, and select the typical area, the extraction gas drilling parameters, to demonstrate the effectiveness of control measures.
