传统绕线机在工作过程中存在绕线速度不均匀、张力变化大等问题,造成铜线的破损和线圈成型不理想,影响了电机的产品质量。为解决上述问题,本文针对一种电机线圈自动绕线机实验平台展开研究,主要研究工作如下: 完成了电机线圈自动绕线机实验平台的总体设计方案,并详细设计了各部分功能机构。对电机线圈自动绕线机进行运动学分析,针对无调速和有调速两种情况,分别建立了绕线过程中漆包铜线的简化运动学方程,并用Matlab软件进行了仿真对比。结果表明,调速机构可以对铜线的线长变化差值进行补偿,使铜线走线速度基本均匀,能满足电机线圈自动绕线机的调速要求。 为保证所设计结构的可靠性,采用SolidWorks软件对电机线圈自动绕线机实验平台进行了三维建模、虚拟装配。根据实际工况条件,对其中的主要承力零部件顶尖轴和调速轴进行了有限元分析。 完成了绕线机控制系统的软件设计、硬件设计及选型。以89C51单片机为核心控制设备,建立了绕线机控制系统的结构和工作流程,以实现对绕线机构与排线机构的有效控制。 结果表明,所设计的电机线圈自动绕线机排线准确,绕线过程平稳,为绕线机实验平台的研制奠定了坚实基础。

The traditional winding machine has the problems of uneven speed and tension variation during the work, causing the damage of copper wire and the forming of coil, which affect the quality of motor. In order to solve the above problems, this paper studies the experimental platform of a motor coil automatic winding machine, the main research work is as follows: Accomplished the overall design scheme of the experimental platform of the winding machine of the motor, and the functional mechanism of the parts is designed in detail. Of the motor coil automatic winding machine line kinematic analysis, the speed control and speed control, were established in the winding process of enameled copper wire of kinematics equation, and the comparison of the simulation with MATLAB software. The results show that the speed regulating mechanism can be of copper wire length difference compensation, so that the copper line speed are basically uniform walking, can meet the requirement of the speed control of the motor coil automatic winding machine. In order to guarantee the reliability of the structure, the 3D modeling and virtual assembly of the automatic winding machine of the motor coil is carried out by using SolidWorks software. According to the actual working condition, the finite element analysis of the main bearing parts of the main bearing parts and the speed axis of the shaft is carried out. Accomplished the software design, hardware design and selection of the winding machine control system. The 89C51 single chip microcomputer as the core control equipment, establish the winding machine control system structure and working process, in order to achieve the winding thread mechanism and a winding mechanism of effective control. The results show that the design of the motor coil automatic winding machine line cable is accurate, smooth winding process, for the round line machine experiment platform development has laid a solid foundation.
