开关磁阻电动机控制系统(Switched Reluctance Motor Drive,简称SRD)是一种新型的调速系统,它己成为当今热门的研究课题。论文以SRD的理想线性模型为基础,以一台0.75KW的四相8/6极开关磁阻电动机为研究对象,完成了控制系统的研究与设计。 论文首先介绍了开关磁阻电动机控制系统的国内外发展状况,对该系统的基本构成及特点进行了阐述。在其理想线性模型的基础上,分析了电机绕组磁链、绕组电流、转矩等参数之间的关系,总结出了影响各个参数的因素,最后结合实际,提出了针对本系统的控制方式。 在主电路的拓扑结构方面,通过对目前常见拓扑结构的分析、比较,最终本系统采用了分裂式直流功率变换器的结构,选择MOSFET作为主开关器件,驱动电路选择IR2110模块,系统主控制器芯片选用新华龙的C8051F040,在对有关参数分析、计算的基础上,设计了外围硬件检测、保护、控制以及显示等电路。本系统硬件设计充分利用了C8051F040的资源,使系统结构紧凑、可靠性高。 本系统的控制软件设计在Keil C的开发环境下采用C语言完成系统各功能函数的编译和调试工作,控制策略采用传统的转速、电流双闭环的控制策略。控制算法采用PID控制,并且对单神经元自适应PID算法进行了研究,并通过在Matlab/Simulink环境下的数学仿真实验证明了采用该算法的优越性。 实验结果表明本系统设计合理,控制策略和控制算法正确,系统运行可靠稳定,达到了指标要求。

Switched Reluctance Motor Drive system(SRD for short) is a kind of new-style drive system,it have already become a hot research subject.This paper uses an 0.75KW four-phase 8/6 pole SRM as the research object,completes the research and design of the drive system based on the SRM's ideal linear model. The paper firstly introduces the research of SRD both at home and abroad nowadays,then describes the basic structure and the characteristics of the system.Based on its ideal linear model,the paper analysed the relation of the motor's flux,current,torque and other parameters.The paper summed up the impact factors of each parameter,and finally,lodges a method of control for this drive system in practice. At the aspect of the topology of the central circuitry,the structure of bipolar power converter is determined to be used in this system via the analysis and compare for the hackneyed topology nowadays.This paper selects MOSFET as the main switching device,select IR2110 as the driving device,and selects Silicon C8051F040 as the controller chip.Designed circuits such as peripheral hardware detection,protection,control,display and so on at the base of the relevant parameters analysis and calculation.This system takes full advantage of the controller C8051F040's resources to make the system compact and high reliability. The system control software is designed in the Keil C development environment and using C language to complete every work function compiling and debugging,traditional speed and current double loop is used.The system control algorithm selects PID,and the paper has studied the Single Neuron Self-adaptive PID algorithm.This kind of algorithm is proved to be more predominant than traditional PID algorithm by the simulation results under the Matlab/Simulink environment. The result shows that this system is reliable and stable,the control strategy and control algorithm is correct, the drive system finally reaches the target requirements.
