起爆药在军事、民用多个领域得到广泛应用。起爆药的性能直接影响到火工品的作用可靠性和安全性。我国目前的起爆药生产工艺装备与生产技术非常落后,基本采用人工作业生产,存在严重的生产安全隐患。针对这一现状,本文在国防科工委下达的“起爆药连续化合生产线研制”项目的支持下,在德国MEISSNER叠氮化铅连续化合生产线的基础上,依据消化、吸收、再创新的原则,继前期成功研制了生产线的机械系统之后,自主开发了起爆药化合生产过程状态监控系统,实现了起爆药的自动化生产,保证了起爆药生产的安全性和提高了产品质量的一致性。 本文在分析起爆药连续化合生产线的生产过程中关键因素的基础上,确定了生产线的工艺流程。根据生产过程状态监控系统的总体设计要求,完成了系统的总体方案设计,并开发了起爆药生产过程状态监控系统的硬件系统、软件系统。在控制系统的硬件系统设计方面,重点完成了监控系统的检测元器件、采集控制器、上位工控机、触摸屏、监视元器件、执行元器件等的选型和硬件系统的配置方案设计,并完成了部分控制电路的设计和控制柜的开发制作;在此基础上提出了控制系统软件的总体方案,以PLC为主控单元,开发了基于分布控制(DCS)方式的就地监控和远程监控系统。在DCS系统的开发中,编写了模块化的PLC控制程序,其中包括主程序组织块、系统初始化模块、自动模式模块、手动模式模块、取样模块、报警与故障处理模块、模拟量输入模块、上位机参数设置模块等多个模块,实现了起爆药生产的复杂控制过程;以Wincc flexible监控软件为平台,开发了应用于现场操作的触摸屏人机界面;以Wincc6.2软件为平台,开发了工控机的远程监控界面,实现了起爆药生产过程状态远程监控。监控系统可以实现用户管理、现场设备运行状态显示、配方管理、参数设置、实时/历史数据显示、报警显示、报表输出等诸多功能。对开发的软硬件系统经过实验室模拟和现场安装与调试,结果表明系统设计合理,可投入起爆药化合生产的实际应用,达到课题预期的开发目的。

Detonating medicine is used widely in military and a lot of civil fields.The performance of detonating medicine influences function dependability and security of the fire engineering product directly, safety of the primary explosive’s use and production and reliability of consistent quality are key issues of primary explosive development and production.It is very outmoded that the craft of our country's present detonating medicine production is equipped,the production technology is very backward. In response to this situation, te Commission of Science, tchnology and Industry for National Defense issued detonating medicine continuous compound production line for the support of the project, regard one research institute MEISSNER one pile of nitrogen continuous compound production lines of lead introduced from Germany as the technological foundation and prototype prototype, according to principle that digest, absorb, innovate again,turn on, initiate and produce, Following the early success developing a production line of mechanical systems, self-developed state of the detonating medicine continuous combined production process monitoring system. In this paper, on the basis of the key factors in the analysis of primary explosive continuous compound production line process, the production line process., According to general design requirements for the state of the production process monitoring system to complete the overall design of the system, and the development of hardware systems, software systems, initiation of the drug production process condition monitoring system. The control system hardware system design, focusing on the detection of components of the monitoring system, acquisition controller, IPC with touch-screen, monitor components, execution components and other hardware selection and system configuration design, andcompleted the development and manufacture of the part of the control circuit design and control cabinet; On this basis, the overall scheme of control system software, PLC as the main control unit, developed based on distributed control (DCS) in situ monitoring and remote monitoring system. Development of the DCS system, the preparation of a modular PLC control program,and in view of the overall scheme,has written PLC control procedure based on module programming thought,including the main program,the system initialization module,the module automatic mode,manual mode module,sampling module, alarm and fault processing module,analog input module, the PC parameter setting module and other modules;Monitoring software as the development platform take Wincc flexible,has developed take the touchscreen as the man-machine interface equipment's production scene monitoring software system, To Wincc6.2 software for the platform, developed a remote monitoring interface of the IPC, the detonating medicine production process status and remote monitoring.The monitoring system enables the user management, site equipment operation status display, recipe management, parameter setting, real time / historical data, alarm display, the report output and many other features. The development of hardware and software systems through laboratory simulation experiments and on-site installation and commissioning, the results show that the system is well designed, can be put into practical application for initiation of drug compounds produced by, to achieve the development objective of the topics expected.
