随着城市建设逐步向现代化迈进,越来越多的建筑在外观设计上采用了玻璃幕墙或外挂石材作为外檐装饰,取得了较好的效果。但在施工过程中,由于种种原因,作为在结构与幕墙(石材)之间起连接作用的预留铁埋件,位置往往不准确,不能正常使用,需要采取后安装锚栓的方式来解决。在我国,随着膨胀螺栓被禁止应用在结构工程中,目前在结构工程中使用最广泛的是有机化学锚栓。由于有机化学锚栓施工中操作繁琐,安装质量不易保证,同时还存在着不耐高温、耐久性差等缺点,为此研制和开发出适合施工单位安装操作,并且安装质量易于保证的化学锚栓已经显得非常重要和迫切。
本文介绍了一种新型的化学锚栓——无机化学锚栓,无机化学锚栓是由不锈钢或镀锌螺杆、无机化学胶结剂和垫圈及螺母组成,其中无机化学胶结剂是由无机化学材料K1和无机化学材料K2组成的。本文通过研究无机化学胶结剂的耐久性能、界面粘结性能、防火性能以及无机化学锚栓的锚固性能以及无机化学锚栓在工程中的应用,说明无机化学锚栓克服了传统的有机化学锚栓的缺陷,性能优良,适合在工程中应用,应用前景广阔。无机化学锚栓具有以下特点:
①无机化学锚栓施工操作方便,安装质量易于保证;
②无机化学胶结剂耐久性能良好;
③无机化学胶结剂弹性系数与混凝土结构材料的弹性系数协调,不易产生附加应力;
④无机化学锚栓耐热性能良好,锚固后可焊接;
⑤无机化学锚栓属于环保产品。

ABSTRACT
As the urban construction marches towards the modernization step by step,there are more and more buildings adopting the glass curtain walls or stone material hung outside designed as outside eaves decorate,it have made better result.But in the course of constructing,for various reasons,the position of the one buried as the reservation iron playing a joining role among structure and curtain wall (stone material ) is often inaccurate,it can't use normally and it need take the way to install the anchor bolt to solve the problem . In our country,as the expand bolt is forbidded in the structure project,the organic chemistry anchor bolt is used extensively in the structure project at present. Because the operation of the organic chemistry anchor bolt is complicatedly in constructing,installation quality is difficult to be guaranteed,it can’t bear high temperature,the durability of the organic chemistry anchor bolt is bad at the same time ,it is very important and urgent for the construction to research and develop the chemical anchor bolt of operation easy and construction quality easy guaranteed.
It introduce a kind of new-type chemical anchor bolt —The anchor bolt of inorganic chemistry in this text,the anchor bolt of inorganic chemistry is made up by stainless steel or the zinc-plated spiral shell's pole,firm pharmaceutical of inorganic chemistry anchor and washer and nut,among them the firm pharmaceutical of inorganic chemistry anchor is made up of material K1 of inorganic chemistry and material K2 of inorganic chemistry. It studies the durable performance of the firm pharmaceutical of inorganic chemistry anchor,interface glue performance of forming,fire prevention performance and anchor firm performance and the application of inorganic chemistry anchor bolt in the project in this text,it proves that the chemical anchor of bolts overcomes the defect of the traditional organic chemistry anchor bolt ,it has good performance,it is suitable for applying in projecting and it has a bright future. The anchor bolt of inorganic chemistry has the following characteristic:
①The anchor bolt of inorganic chemistry is easy to be operated and the installation quality is easy to be guaranteed ;
②The durable performance of anchor bolt of inorganic chemistry is good;
③The elastic coefficient of the firm pharmaceutical of inorganic chemistry anchor is coordinated with the elastic coefficient of the concrete structural material,it is difficult to produce the additional stress;
④The heat-resisting performance of anchor bolt of inorganic chemistry is good,it can be welded after the anchor is firmed ;
⑤The environmental protection performance of the anchor bolt of inorganic chemistry is good.
