安东尼奥·葛兰西(Antonio Gramsci，1891—1937) 是西方著名的马克思主义理论家和政治家，意大利共产党创始人之一，葛兰西的文化领导权理论是当今学术界研究的热点理论之一。 　　当今西方发达资本主义国家利用全球经济一体化的机会对现实社会主义国家进行全面的文化渗透，以及随着改革开放脚步的不断加大，我国所面临的道德价值观主体出现价值多元化，在这种情况下，采取什么样的方式取得意识形态上的主导地位成为我国目前最为重要的问题。因此，研究葛兰西的文化领导权理论对于我国文化安全建设的启示具有十分重要的意义。 　　本文以葛兰西文化领导权理论作为切入点，通过对葛兰西文化领导权理论的分析，试图对中国文化安全建设提出对策性建议。 　　本文共分五个部分来论述： 　　第一个部分是绪论，主要介绍本论文的选题背景、研究意义、本课题研究领域的国内外研究动态。 　　第二个部分是是对文化安全及文化领导权的概述。这部分主要对文化安全及文化领导权的概念的内涵进行界定，并对文化领导权与文化安全的关系做了阐述。 　　第三个部分是对葛兰西文化领导权理论产生的渊源进行阐述。首先分析了文化领导权理论产生的社会历史渊源。指出，20世纪十月革命的胜利以及20世纪20-30年代中西欧无产阶级革命运动的失败是文化领导权理论产生的社会历史渊源。 　　其次对文化领导权理论产生的理论渊源进行了分析。指出，马基雅维利的政治思想、克罗齐的历史哲学、维科的文化哲学、列宁和马克思的思想对葛兰西的影响则为其提供了理论基础。 　　第四个部分是葛兰西文化领导权理论的主要内容及其影响。分析了葛兰西文化领导权的理论构成，指出葛兰西文化领导权产生的理论起点、实践主体、实践策略，以及该理论产生的影响，从而系统的揭示了该理论的全貌。 　　第五个部分葛兰西文化领导权理论对我国文化安全建设的启示。本节第一部分首先指出我国文化安全建设的重要性和紧迫性。第二部分结合葛兰西文化领导权对我们的启示，指出我们应该如何来加强新时期我国社会主义文化领导权的建设，推进当代中国的先进文化，自觉抵制西方资本主义文化和意识形态的渗透，从而更好的坚守我国的社会主义文化阵地。

Antonio Gramsci (1891-1937)，as one of the founders of Italian Communist Party，was a well-known Marxism theorist and statesman in western countries. The theory of Gramsci's cultural leadership is one of the hot theory of academia today. 　　　Today the Western developed capitalist countries use the opportunity of global economic integrationto penetrate the comprehensive cultural of the real-socialist countries. as well as the constantly increasing pace of reform and opening up the main body of moral values faced in our country come forth the value of diversification，in which case，what to take to obtain a dominant position on the ideology become the most important issue. Therefore，it is of great significance to study Gramsci's cultural leadership theory for Chinese cultural safety building.The thesis uses Gramsci’s cultural leadership theory as a starting point， through Gramsci’s cultural theories of leadership to analysize Chinese cultural security problems and give some strategic suggestions on the construction of cultural security. 　　　The thesis is divided into five sections:The first part is an introduction，introduces the research background of this thesis，the significance of the study，the research field of research trends at home and abroad. 　　　The second part is an overview of the cultural safety and leadership. This part defines the connotation of cultural safety and cultural leadership. and elaborate the relationship between cultural leadership and cultural security. 　　　The third part describes the background of Gramsci’s cultural theories of leadership. First and foremost，it analynizes the social and historical background. It Points out that the victory of the October Revolution of the 20th century， as well as the failure of the proletarian revolutionary movement in Western Europe in the 1920s and 1930s is the social and historical origin of theory of cultural leadership.Secondly，the thesis analynizes the theoretical origins of thecultural leadership theory. That Machiavelli's political thinking，Croce's philosophy of history，Vico's philosophy of culture and ideology of Lenin and Marx’s influence to Gramsci provides a theoretical basis for the theory . 　　　The fourth part is the main content of the Gramsci’s cultural leadership theory. The thesis analynizes Gramsci's cultural leadership of the theory，and points out theoretical starting point，the practice of the subject and practical strategies of Gramsci’s cultural leadership and thus reveals the whole picture of the theory. 　　　The fifth part of the thesis shows the inspiration of Gramsci’s cultural leadership theory on the construction of Chinese cultural safety. The first part of this section points out the importance and urgency of the cultural safety construction.The second part shows us how we should strengthen the construction of the Chinese cultural leadership in this new era and promote the advanced and contemporary as well as consciously resist the culture and ideology of Western capitalism penetration，in order to hold fast to the position of Chinese socialist culture.
