冶炼电炉二次测电气参数的准确测量是电力工业一直在攻克的难题,目前国内仍没有一种较为理想的方法。本文研制了一套新型冶炼电炉动态电气参数在线测量系统。
该系统采用分流技术测量大电流,避免了因直接测量选用大型电流互感器而造成的材料消耗、精度低及安装困难等不足;通过采用精密温度补偿技术解决了电炉高温环境对电气参数测量带来的影响;结合单片机技术、计算机技术和现场总线技术,开发了一套动态电气参数在线测量系统。该测量系统由计算机监控系统和单片机控制系统组成,系统数据通过CAN总线进行传输。计算机监控系统的设计采用LabWindows/CVI虚拟仪器软件开发工具,完成测量数据的显示、标定及多机通信等功能。电气参数的测量,选用电能计量ATT7022型DSP芯片,其测量精度高、响应速度快。温度补偿模块中,环境及母线温度的测量通过单总线数字温度传感器DS18B20实现,单总线的设计电路结构简单且抗干扰能力强。系统利用串行通信CAN总线建立通讯网络,该方案的设计不仅能满足实时性、远距离通讯及可扩展性的需求,而且能有效降低成本、缩短开发时间。
该系统的设计融合了精密分流技术、温度自动补偿技术及电气参数综合测量技术,可同时采集多路大电流信号,解决了大电流测量的困难。系统结构简单,测量精度高、组网能力强,可实现动态参数在线测量。经实验室对2000A电流测试,结果表明该系统运行稳定,测量数据正确。

The precise measure on electric furnace electrical parameter is a difficult problem for electric industry, especially for the low-tension heavy current measure. For these reason, the paper introduces a new style of dynamic electrical parameter online measurement system on smelting electric furnace.
The system adopts distributary’s method to measure heavy current. Using this method can avoid waste material,low precision, fixed difficulty and other shortages. Precise temperature compensation solve the problem that the electrical parameter changed by high temperature. This design unites single chip technology, computer technology and the field data bus technology.The measurement system includes computer detecting system, single chip control system, and CAN bus. The computer detecting system using LabWindows/CVI accomplishes data display, emendation and communications. Electrical parameter measurement select ATT7022, this chip’s precision higher and respond rate faster. Monobus numeric temperature sensor DS18B20 can measure environment and generatrix temperature. Utilizing serial communication CAN-bus establishes corresponding network. This design not only realizes telecommunication and establishing network, but also reduces cost and shortenes design time.
The system design inosculates precise distributary’s technology, temperature automatic compensation technology and electrical parameter synthetical measurement technology. It can measure many ways heavy current at one time, and solve the difficulty of heavy current measurement. Simple configuration, precise measurement and better expansibility are all merits for this system. Testing result indicates that this system run stability and measure results exactness.
