空时编码技术作为近几年来通信领域新兴的研究方向,将信道编码技术与天线分集技术相结合,大幅度的增加了无线通信系统的容量,为无线传输提供了分集增益和编码增益,并且能提供远高于传统单天线系统的频谱利用率,是解决无线信道带宽问题的一个有效的新途径。
本论文首先对空时编码的发展、研究现状以及研究意义做了较为详细的介绍,并对一般的空时编码系统及其性能进行了分析。在文中针对三种基本类型的空时编码:空时格形编码、空时分组编码和分层空时编码分别进行了编码、译码及其性能的分析,同时也比较了各种编码的不同特点,得出了三种类型空时编码的优缺点。
本文主要对于空时编码技术在TD-SCDMA中的应用进行了研究,对于各种可应用在TD-SCDMA中应用的空时编码技术方案进行了分析。并且采用一种新型的分层空时编码——随机分层空时编码,针对其在TD-SCDMA系统中的应用进行了研究及分析,通过对理论上的分析与仿真结果的比较,对随机分层空时编码和一般V-BLAST在CDMA结构下的性能进行了比较。同时也对应用RLST结构的接收机在不同信道环境下的性能进行了比较,最后通过理论分析和仿真表明了使用RLST结构的优越性,也证明了针对RLST结构提出的迭代多用户接收算法的正确性。

The technique of space-time coding (STC) is a new research direction in the past few years, and it is also a new effective of approach of resolving the problem about the bandwidth of wireless channel. It is combining the technique of channel coding and that of array diversity, hence increasing the capacity of wireless communications systems and giving diversity gain and coding gain to them, and it can also improve the bandwidth efficiency of traditional single-antenna systems.
At first, the thesis introduces the development, the current research actuality and the research significane about STC. It analyzes the common space-time coding system and its performance. In this thesis, it recommends the three elementary space-time codings: Space-Time Trellis Coding, Space-Time Block Coding and Bell Labs Layered Space-Time.And it analyzes and researchs the encoding, decoding and performance about the three kinds of STC, comparing the three different types and educing the strongpoint and the weakness.
The paper studies the application about STC technology used in TD-SCDMA system, and analyses many STC technology schemes which can use in TD-SCDMA. Then it studies and discusses the application about a new type BLAST——Random Layered Space-Time which presents in this article used in the TD-SCDMA system. After the comparison on the result of theory and the simulation, it compares the performance of the random layered space-time with the general V-BLAST in the CDMA structure, and at the same time it compares the performance of the receiver which is using the RLST in the different channels. At last, it proves the superiority of using RLST and the exactness of the turbo multiuser receiving algorithm which is basing on the RLST by the theory comparison and the simulation.
