摘 要
矿用气体传感器是煤矿安全生产的前提保障,如果矿用气体传感器不能及时有效的工作会酿成重大的生产事故。因此,国家对矿用气体传感器有周期性检测的规定。
矿用气体传感器检测系统就是根据国家安全生产监督管理总局出台的一系列矿用气体传感器的行业标准,经过检测矿用气体传感器正常工作时的信号输出值自动给出矿用气体传感器的显示值稳定性、基本误差、响应时间和报警功能测评结果,以便方便快捷地完成矿用气体传感器的周期性检测工作,保障煤矿生产安全。
本论文在研究矿用气体传感器检测原理的基础之上,设计了基于ARM7的检测系统和基于GPRS的远程数据传输系统两个部分,独创性的提出了与矿用气体传感器检测相适应的核心参数运算方法和运算程序。
检测系统由硬件电路和软件程序构成。其中,硬件电路分为三大模块:供电模块、信号处理模块和主控模块。每一模块又可以按功能划分不同的功能电路,如:供电模块又分为传感器供电(DC9~24V可调)、信号采集芯片供电(DC9V)、主电路供电(DC5V)、主控芯片和存储芯片供电(DC3.3V);信号处理模块分为信号采集电路、信号处理电路、信号存储电路和信号传输电路;主控模块则包含主控芯片电路、可控门电路。远程数据传输主要利用现成的公共无线网络-GSM网络作为数据传输的通道,采用ARM7作为数据采集传输的控制中心,将检测数据通过SMS/GPRS服务发送到数据接收终端。
检测系统软件主要分为三大部分功能程序:通信接口管理程序、数据存储和链接程序、传感器检测结论运算程序。其中传感器检测结论运算程序作为本篇论文的独创性部分集中在核心参数运算一章中进行了重点描述。
目前,作者所设计的新型矿用气体智能检测仪已完成整机试验,并投入生产使用。试验结果表明:该系统数据处理能力强、检测精度高、抗干扰能力强,为矿用气体传感器的自动检测提供了一种切实可行的新方案。

ABSTRACT
Gas sensor is one of the most important warranties of coal mine products, and there will be grievous accidents without timely warning from coal mine gas sensor under the situation of excessive harmful gases. Therefore, Our country has regulations about periodic calibrating on the coal mine gas sensor.
Based on a series of industry standards for coal mine gas sensors from the State Administration of Work Safety, the calibrating system detects the output signals of coal mine gas sensors in normal operating situations, and automatically calculate coal mine gas sensors’ stability of displayed value, basic error, response time and alarming function. It can easily and quickly complete the station of calibrating coal mine gas sensors, and guarantee the security in coal mine production.
This paper implements a slave device of the calibrating system on ARM7,and host PC program of the calibrating system on VC++6.0, based on the study of principle in calibrating coal mine gas sensors. And the method and program of computing the core parameters are originally proposed too.
The hardware of slave device of the calibrating system is divided into three parts: Power supply, Signal process and Master part. Each part can be also contained of different circuits. Power supply part is divided into Sensor power supply(DC 9V~24V adjustable), Signal acquisition chip power supply (DC9V), Main circuit power supply (DC5V), and The master chip and memory chip power supply (DC3.3V). Signal processing part is contained by the signal Acquisition circuit, the signal Processing circuit, the signal Storage circuit and signal Transmission circuit. Master part had two circuits: both Master chip circuit and Controlled gate circuit. The program of the slave device is programmed under ADS(ARM Developer Suit)that is matched with the main chip S3C44B0X.
The host PC program of the calibrating system includes five parts: Communication management, Data storage and link, Human-machine interface, and Conclusions operation. And the part of the conclusions operation program is described deeply in this separate chapter.
At present, The calibrating system of coal mine gas sensors is being tested in laboratory. The experimental results show that it has powerful data process capability, good anti-interference and high precision. This paper provides a noval viable method of automatic calibration of the coal mine gas sensors.
