心脏病是威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一,而心电图是其诊断的重要依据。临床医学实践表明,对于心脏病的防治,最有效的手段是预防和保健,其中家庭保健环节尤为重要。因此,设计适合家庭使用的心电检测系统对心脏病的预防有非常重要的意义。 为了给家庭保健提供一种廉价实用的心电图检查装置,本课题设计了家庭式心电检测系统。系统由心电信号数据采集部分和心电信号软件处理部分组成。数据采集部分主要由信号调理电路、抗干扰滤波电路、模数转换电路及串行通信电路等组成。其功能是将弱小的心电信号经过放大滤波,得到具有诊断价值的心电信号,然后由模数转换电路转换为数字信号,再经串口发送到上位机做进一步处理。上位机软件完成的主要功能有心电信号预处理、波形显示、波形回放、QRS波检测、信息存储以及诊断报告生成等。在设计波形显示时,为了符合传统的读图习惯,设计了电子心电图纸作为显示心电波形的背景;在设计QRS波检测时,将预处理后的心电信号,通过数字带通滤波,突出了R波的特征,提高了检测结果的准确性;在设计诊断报告生成时,根据检测到的QRS波的结果,通过软件分析提出诊断建议。 课题作为家庭式网络心电检测系统的前期研究,本文设计了家庭式心电检测系统的硬件和软件。系统经现场调试证明,实现了心电信号数据采集、心电波形显示及QRS波检测等功能,达到了预期的目标,为下一步研究做了充分的准备。

Cardiopathy is one of the most prevalent diseases in endangering people’s health. And ECG is an important diagnostic tool for assessing heart function. The clinic iatrology practices have shown the most effective way for treating heart disease is to prevent and to protect, especially by home health care. So it is valuable to design a domestic ECG detecting system to prevent heart diseases. From the economy and practicality, a domestic ECG detecting system is designed in the paper. The designed system consists of two parts, ECG signal data acquisition and ECG software realization. The data acquisition is composed by signal adjusting circuit, anti-jamming filter circuit, AD converter circuit and a RS232 serial communication circuit. Its function is to adjust the lower signal to acquire the valuable analog ECG signal and convert it to digital signal, which is sent to the PC process by serial communication. The PC software function includes ECG signal post processing, ECG display, ECG replay, information storage and clinic report producing. In the ECG display design, electro-ECG paper is designed to imitate the traditional ECG. In the QRS detecting design, a digital filter is used to stand out R-wave character by processing the post processed signal and to increase the accuracy of the detecting results. In the clinic report producing design, the software analyzes the detecting results and gives diagnostic suggestions. As a preceding study of the domestic network ECG detecting system, the hardware and software are designed in this paper. The tested results show the system has achieved the goals such as ECG signal acquisition, ECG display and QRS detecting. Therefore, this groundwork will greatly facilitate the following researches.
