通信机房的动力和环境监控是保障机房平稳运行地重要依据,随着油田数字化进程的深入推进,油田通信的生产组织方式也正向"远程监控、集中管理"转变。动力环境视频监控系统依靠其对所有局站动力环境以及安防的全参数、全方位的实时监控,能够实现应急监测和预警功能。本文通过对系统功能的简要介绍,进而分析动环监控系统在机房监测和预警工作中的作用,来体现通信机房自动化电子值班系统设计的重要性。本文针对长庆油田现有机房现状和维护方式的调研与分析,针对辖区的通信机房的运营管理和应急故障处置中存在的监测监控不到位、故障定位不准确、故障排除不及时等问题,提出并建立基于传感技术、通信技术和计算机技术综合的通信机房动力和环境监测系统,对系统主要单元进行设计,并在此基础上实现了通信机房自动化电子值班系统。 本文针对长庆油田通信机房的改造,设计通信机房自动化监控系统,首先将电源系统、机房环境等信息的进行采集和处理,并且可实现远程遥控、数据分析存储、安全认证等功能,真正实现了通信机房的自动化监控。 设计采用了三级网络结构,各个分站作为二级站点,可以随时监控辖区内通信机房的动力环境信息,充分考虑的长庆通信现有链路状况及机房环境问题,对IP组网、2M组网、IP和2M混合组网的三种组网模式进行设计。 设计了烟感、门禁、设备供电(包括电流、电压)、环境参数(包括温度、湿度)四类在线检测数据处理及告警方法,并给出程序流程。分析常见故障现象,设计了故障诊断及处理方法,列举了动力故障诊断及其处理的数据。 通信机房自动化监控系统设计的实施,极大的减少了人力物力资源,最大化的节约了成本,全面提高通信机房监测监控水平、应急处置能力、运营管理效率和信息服务水平,保障机房设备的运行的安全和通畅,确保了各项业务平稳运行。

Monitor System on Power and Environment in the Communication room is important in Communication room security, with the deepening of the process of promoting the digital oilfield, oil production organization communicate it forward "remote monitoring, centralized management of" change. Dynamic environment of video surveillance systems rely on its full parameters of all the power stations bureau environment and security, comprehensive real-time monitoring, emergency monitoring and early warning can realize the function. In this paper, a brief introduction to the system functions, and then analyzes the role of ring action in the engine room monitoring system monitoring and early warning work, to reflect the importance of automated electronic communications room duty system, this article survey and analyze the current situation and maintenance mode in Changqing oil filed, aims at monitoring, fault location, fault processing not in place in operations management and emergency processing of the communication room, introduces a perfect design on Power and Environment in communication room based on sensor technology, communication technology and computer technology, and on the basis, a design on automatically electronic monitor system in communication room achieves. The article is in the light of the communication room in Changqing oil field, the automatic monitoring system is designed for communication room, firstly, collecting and processing the information of the power, environment and so on. The function of remote control, data storage and safety certification are realized, automatically electronic monitor system in communication is truly realized. The design uses three level network structure, each sub station is as a level two site, information of the power and environment can be monitored at any time within the jurisdiction of communications room, fully consider the Changqing communication link status and existing problems of computer room environment, the design of three modes of IP network, 2M network, IP and 2M hybrid networking. The method of online data detection and warning system was designed, which rely on smoking detection, access control, power supply ( include current and voltage ) system, and the environmental parameters (such as temperature and humidity), then, the program process was given. Common fault phenomena is analyzed, The method of fault diagnosis and treatment are designed,the fault diagnosis and the treatment data are given The level of the monitor, fault processing, operations management and the service greatly reducing the human and material resources to maximize cost savings, improves through fully using the system on automatically electronic monitor system in communication room, the devices run smoother and the services run smooth.
