煤矿矿井水是一种被污染的地下水资源。对矿井水加以处理,可大大减轻由于矿区地下水资源的过渡抽排而造成的环境资源破坏,具有良好的环境效益;同时处理后的矿井水可不同程度的满足生产生活用水,其经济和社会效益明显。 秸秆是一种农业废弃物,材料中富含纤维素和木质素等天然高分子,来源十分广泛将秸秆材料通过适当的处理和改性,作为水处理剂,应用于矿井水处理,具有重要的经济价值。 本文以榆林市矿井水为例,采样分析矿井水的理化性质,并以农业废弃物秸秆为原料,加入适量磁种为添加剂,制备3种磁性絮凝剂,对其絮凝性能进行对比。 (1)秸秆-聚合硅酸铝铁复合磁性絮凝剂。其复合的最佳反应时间为4h,最佳温度为55℃,复合该絮凝剂的最佳物料比范围为1~1.5:1,而磁种秸秆与磁种的最佳添加比为20:1。该絮凝剂使用的最佳pH值范围为5~9,适宜的温度为15℃~30℃,其絮凝效果最高达到92.3%。沉降实验发现其适宜放入永磁铁时间为3min左右,投加量最佳为0.2mg/L。 (2)秸秆阳离子磁性絮凝剂的絮凝。其最佳合成时间为6h,最佳合成温度为80℃,最佳物料比为1:1,秸秆同磁种最佳添加比为20:1。该使用絮凝剂的最佳pH值范围为8~10,最适宜温度为20℃~30℃,其絮凝效果最高能达到89%。其适宜放入永磁铁时间为3min左右,投加量最佳为0.3mg/L。 (3)秸秆-丙烯酰胺阳离子改性复合磁性絮凝剂。其最佳合成时间为4h,最佳合成温度为70℃,最佳物料比为3:1,秸秆同磁种最佳添加比为40:3。使用该絮凝剂最佳pH值为6~8,最适宜温度为25℃左右,其絮凝效果最高能达到86%。其适宜放入永磁铁时间为3min左右,投加量最佳为0.3mg/L。 (4)将制得的秸秆絮凝剂同市售絮凝剂的去浊速度、絮体密度、整体絮凝效果等方面进行的对比研究。结果表明复合絮凝剂形成的絮体大、密实,沉降速率快,其中以秸秆-聚合硅酸铝铁复合磁性絮凝剂效果最好。

Mine is an underground mine water resources. After the realization of the mine water resources, environmental resources can greatly reduce the damage due to the overexploitation of groundwater resources in the mine, and it has good environmental benefits. Meanwhile mine water can be treated to meet the different levels of production and living water. Its economic and social benefits are obvious. Straw is an agricultural waste. It is rich in natural polymers such as cellulose and lignin, which is the source of a very wide range, and it is a renewable resource. We will make the appropriate treatment of straw and it was modified, it can serve as a water treatment agent. Then it is used in sewage treatment, it is undoubtedly important practical significance and economic value. In this paper, Yulin City of mine water as an example, mine water sampling and analysis of physical and chemical properties. Agricultural waste straw as raw material, we add the right amount of magnetic species as an additive to produce three kinds of magnetic flocculants. And synthesis of these three magnetic flocculants for a more systematic and comprehensive research and focus on these three flocculants performance comparison and research results in the actual mine water treatment. (1) Straw-Aluminum Ferric composite magnetic flocculants. It's the best synthesis reaction time is 4h, synthetic its optimum temperature is 55 ℃, it’s the best synthetic M/S ranges from 1 to 1.5:1, than it is best to add magnetic seed stalks and magnetic species 20:1. The optimum pH range for use flocculants 5-9. It is most suitable temperature is 15 ℃ ~ 30 ℃, and Its flocculation up to 92.3%. It was found that settling into a permanent magnet is the most appropriate time 3min, It's the best dosage of 0.2mg / L. (2) Straw magnetic cationic flocculants. It's the best synthesis reaction time is 6h, synthetic its optimum temperature is 80 ℃, it’s the best synthetic M/S is 1:1, than it is best to add magnetic seed stalks and magnetic species 20:1. The optimum pH range for use flocculants 8-10. It is most suitable temperature is 20 ℃~30℃, and Its flocculation up to 89%. It was found that settling into a permanent magnet is the most appropriate time 3min, It's the best dosage of 0.3mg / L. (3) Straw - Acrylamide cationic modified composite magnetic flocculants. It's the best synthesis reaction time is 4h, synthetic its optimum temperature is 70 ℃, it’s the best synthetic M/S is 3:1, than it is best to add magnetic seed stalks and magnetic species 40:3. The optimum pH range for use flocculants 6-8. It is most suitable temperature is 25 ℃, and Its flocculation up to 86%. It was found that settling into a permanent magnet is the most appropriate time 3min, It's the best dosage of 0.3mg / L. (4) We compare the production of straw coagulant and commercialization flocculants. Those aspects were studied to cloud speed, its floc’s density, overall flocculation and cost, etc. The results showed that the production of flocculants floc formed large, its dense floc, it sedimentation rate. In the three kinds of flocculants, Straw-Aluminum Ferric composite magnetic flocculants is best, and it is very cheap.
