随着科学技术的不断发展,煤矿井下采掘设备功率越来越高,由此导致煤矿井下多个生产环节产尘量也随之增大,特别是掘进工作面具有空间狭窄、机械设备多、通风风量有限等特点,在开采过程中会产生大量粉尘,严重威胁着井下工作人员的职业健康与安全生产,也可能导致煤尘爆炸等灾害发生。

本文在系统研究了国内外掘进工作面除尘技术方法的基础上,结合郭家湾煤矿掘进工作面的实际情况,采用理论分析及井下现场试验应用相结合的方法,对掘进工作面除尘系统进行了优化研究,研究包括:对矿井进风巷道除尘系统和掘进工作面辅助运输巷道的防尘设施进行了改造,设计了全断面风水联动喷雾降尘技术,净化了掘进巷道风流的空气质量;对掘进工作面除尘系统和掘进工作面连采机等设备内外喷雾喷嘴形状进行了优化,提高掘进工作面降尘效果;优化掘进工作面局部通风方式,采取长压短抽通风,提高通风除尘效果。

通过对郭家湾煤矿51107掘进工作面连采机周围粉尘实际观测,对比连采机喷雾优化改造前后效果,降尘率达到了44.73%,表明在采取综合措施后,掘进工作面综合除尘效果显著。论文研究成果为矿井掘进工作面的粉尘防治提供了新思路。

ABSTRACT

With the continuous development of science and technology, the power of underground mining equipment is getting higher and higher, which leads to the increase of dust production in multiple production links of underground coal mine. Especially, the driving face has the characteristics of narrow space, more mechanical equipment and limited ventilation and air volume, which will produce a large amount of dust in the mining process, which seriously threatens the occupational health and safety of underground workers. It may also lead to coal dust explosion and other disasters.

On the basis of systematically studying the dusting technology and methods of heading face at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of heading face in Guojiawan Coal Mine, this paper adopts the method of theoretical analysis and underground field test application to optimize the dusting system of heading face. The research includes: The dust removal system of the mine air inlet roadway and the dust control facilities of the auxiliary transportation roadway of the heading face were reformed, and the whole section feng shui linkage spray dust removal technology was designed to purify the air quality of the air flow in the tunneling roadway. The shape of internal and external spray nozzles of the dusting system of the heading face and the continuous mining machine were optimized to improve the dust removal effect of the heading face. Optimize the local ventilation mode of driving face, adopt long pressure and short suction ventilation to improve the effect of ventilation and dust removal.

Through the actual observation of dust around the continuous mining maching in 51107 heading face of Guojiawan Coal Mine, comparing the effect before and after the spraying optimization of the continuous mining machine, the dust removal rate reaches 44.73%,  indicating that the comprehensive dust removal effect of the heading face is remarkable after the comprehensive measures are taken. The research results of this paper provide a new idea for dust prevention and control in mine heading face.
