随着科学技术的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高，地形图的使用已经不仅仅局限于 专业技术人员，越来越多的非专业人士都开始关注和使用地形图（如使用地形图找寻景 点，查看路线等等），但是传统的地形图专业化强、抽象程度高、适用范围小，这些因 素都制约着地形图的进一步发展和推广。艺术地形图作为一个崭新的概念，它以形象化 的色彩和细致的地形地物表达为非专业人士提供一副形象、直观的地形图，弥补了传统 地形图表达的缺点。 本文先由理论入手，探讨了艺术地形图的概念、特点及其相关地形图的制作技术， 然后就艺术地形图编制中的三个主要要素：符号、注记、色彩的艺术化方法进行探讨， 提出了艺术地形图编制的两种方法：细化与美化。在安塞县城区原始地形图制作艺术地 形图的实例中提出了借助遥感影像图、实地照片、规划图等资料来进行地形地物（如道 路、广场、绿地、房屋、水系）艺术化的方法，并以景和广场的艺术化为例，详细阐述 了地形图艺术化的具体流程。最后提出在艺术地形图的制作中，既要尊重原始地形图的 数学基础，又要结合多种资料，依据现实需要灵活应用地形图艺术化方法，制作出一副 既精确又美观大方的艺术地形图。

In this paper, starting by theory, explores the concept of art topographic maps, topographic characteristics and related production technology, then investigate art topographic maps of the three main elements of the preparation, the three main contains symbols,annotation, color art methods. Proposed two methods of preparation of topographic maps of art: how to refinement and beautification. In the instance of Ansai county area of the original topographic to make art map topographic maps, presented the means of remote sensing image, site photographs, plans and other information to terrain artistic approach(such as roads, squares, green spaces, houses, water), use art scene and squares as examples, elaborated specific topographic maps artistic process. Finally, in artistic production of topographic maps, it is necessary to respect the mathematical basis of the original topogr aphic maps, also combine with multiple data and based on the reality of the need for flexible application topographic art methods, produce a precise and elegant art topographic maps.
