硅锰炉自动配料系统是一种以配料工艺为基础,按配方比例动态定量称重的计量监控系统。对于提高冶炼设备自动化水平,改善工人劳动条件,提高配料精度和配料效率,完善现代企业管理具有十分重要的意义。
论文首先对自动配料系统的背景和发展趋势进行了综述,在研究硅锰炉冶炼过程配料工艺的基础上,设计了硅锰炉自动配料系统的总体方案和基本组成,分析了系统主要设备的结构、原理及技术参数。
其次,针对配料系统普遍存在的配料精度控制问题,在建立配料系统给料过程数学模型的基础上,结合迭代控制理论,选择给料过程停止给料提前量为输入控制量,提出了一种迭代学习控制算法,提高了配料系统的配料精度。
再次,针对硅锰炉实际生产中的配料工艺,研究了其配料控制软硬件系统。在硬件设计上,系统采用IPC(工控机)和PLC相结合的总体控制结构,以IPC为上位机,实现系统远程监控,以PLC为下位机,实现配料动作控制,重量信号通过称重仪表采集,整个系统通过RS-485总线实现通讯。软件设计上,采用Visual Basic 6.0为开发平台,结合Access 2003数据库,实现了配料系统的配方管理、数据管理和数据输出等功能。
最后,进行了系统性能实验,实验结果表明:系统运行稳定可靠、控制精度达到设计要求和生产效率较高。

The silicon manganese furnace of automatic batching system is a dynamic Weighing Measuring and Monitoring System, which is based on Batching process, according to formula ratio of cutting. This system has great significance to improve the level of automation of the smelting equipment, improving the working conditions, batching accuracy and batching efficiency, improve the modern enterprise management.
First,the paper reviewed the background and development trend of the automatic batching system. On the basis of silicon manganese smelting furnace process batching process,the paper designs the overall program and the basic composition, analysis of the structure, principle and technical parameters of the system equipment.
Second, the paper proposed an iterative learning control algorithm about common ingredients for the batching system accuracy, which combined with Iterative control theory and selected the material in advance for the input control on the basis of Batching system to feed the process of mathematical model. The method improves the ingredients ingredients accuracy.
Again, according to the actual production of silicon manganese furnace process ingredients, studies its ingredients control software and hardware systems. The system of hardware design uses the IPC (IPC) and PLC combination of the overall control structure. The IPC for the host computer to complete remote monitoring. PLC for the next bit machine to achieve the control of motor action. The weight of the signal acquisition through the weighing instrument. The entire system using RS-485 bus communication. The monitoring software using Visual Basic 6.0 design and development, combining with Access 2003 database, has realized the Silicon manganese furnace of monitoring and weighing real time data acquisition, storage, processing and other functions.
Finally, the paper has conducted the system performance test, the results show that the system is running stable and reliable, has high production efficiency, and has control accuracy to meet the requirements.
