建筑业是对我国国民经济发展产生强大驱动力的产业,但同时也是能源利用率低、环境污染性强的高能耗行业。近年来,建筑业的蓬勃发展所引起的资源环境问题正逐渐加剧。在发展低碳经济、建设低碳社会正逐渐成为各国共识的形势下,绿色建筑必将成为全球范围内的建筑发展潮流。对不同的绿色建筑根据其具体情况采取合理而有效的节能方案,对建筑物的节能降耗有显著的效果。因此,如何在众多的节能方案中优选出最适用于某建筑物的最优节能方案,是投资者做出正确而有效的决策的关键所在。 本文以决策阶段的绿色建筑节能方案优选为出发点,结合绿色建筑评价理论及多属性决策理论等相关理论,在对绿色建筑的节能措施进行分析的基础上,对绿色建筑节能方案的优化决策做了以下几个方面的研究: 首先,对绿色建筑的节能措施从建筑设计节能、围护结构节能和新能源系统节能三个方面,分析了不同节能措施的节能原理、节能方式和节能效果; 其次,在对绿色建筑节能方案的特性和影响因素进行研究分析的基础上,经过初步构建和筛选优化,最终构建了绿色建筑节能方案评价指标体系,并明确了各项指标的内涵和特征,确定了各项指标值的计算方法; 再者,使用多属性决策方法建立了基于组合赋权——灰色关联TOPSIS法的优化决策模型,即在确定属性权重时,先采用最小平方法确定主观权重并采用熵权法确定客观权重,再使用组合赋权的方法对主客观权重进行综合集成以确定组合权重;在进行决策分析时,将灰色关联分析法和TOPSIS法相结合进行绿色建筑节能方案的优化决策; 最后,结合具体实例,应用所建立的绿色建筑节能方案评价指标体系和优化决策模型进行案例分析,得到适用于该项目的最优节能方案,以此验证了本文所建模型的可行性和适用性。 本文所提出的基于多属性决策的绿色建筑节能方案优化决策方法,为绿色建筑节能方案的选择提供了新的视角,实现了多方案多指标的综合评价与比选,对于决策阶段投资者进行节能方案的优选具有一定的实用价值。

Construction industry is the pillar industry of China's national economic development, it’s also the industry of high energy consumption, low energy efficiency and serious environmental pollution. In recent years, with the vigorous development of the construction industry, a series of resources and environmental problems have gradually increased. In the situation that the development of low-carbon economy and the establishment of low-carbon society is gradually becoming the consensus of the countries, the green building will become a global trend of building development. According to the specific circumstances of different green buildings to adopt reasonable and effective energy conservation scheme, which has a significant effect on the energy saving of buildings. Therefore, how to optimize the optimal energy saving scheme which is the most suitable for a building is the key to make the investors make the right and effective decision. Taking the green building energy saving scheme optimization in the decision-making stage as the starting point, combined with green building evaluation theory and multiple attribute decision making theory and other related theories, on the basis of the analysis of the energy saving measures of green building, do the research on the optimal decision of green building energy conservation schemes in the following aspects: First of all, in three aspects of the energy-saving measures as building design, building envelope and new energy system, analyzed energy-saving principle, energy-saving mode and energy-saving effect of the different energy-saving measures; Secondly, on the basis of analysis and research of the characters and influencing factors on the green building energy-saving schemes, after a preliminary construction , screening and optimizing, finally built the evaluation index system of green building energy-saving scheme, definited the meaning and characteristics of the index,and identified the calculation methods of the index value; Furthermore, by using the multi-attribute decision making method,this article built the optimization decision model of combination weighting , based on the grey correlation and TOPSIS method, namely to identify the subjective weights with the least square method and the objective weights with the entropy weight method, and then use the combination weighting method to integrate the subjective and objective weights to identify the final combination weights; during the decision analysis, to make the optimal decision of green building energy-saving scheme by the combination of the TOPSIS method and the gray correlation analysis method; Finally, combined with the concrete example, using the green building energy-saving scheme evaluation index system and optimization decision model to analyse the case and obtain the optimal scheme of the energy-saving of the project to verify the feasibility and applicability of the model. The optimization decision method of green building energy-saving scheme based on multi-attribute decision provides a new perspective for the choice of green building energy-saving scheme, and realizes the comprehensive evaluation and selection of the multi-project and the multi-index, and has certain practical value on optimization of energy-saving scheme for investors in decision-making stage.
