随着信息化的发展,电子交互式技术手册(Interactive Electronic Technical Manual,IETM)的产生,解决了传统纸质手册的不易查阅和携带不便的缺点,但是,目前大多数IETM系统都只是单一的电子技术手册,没有集成维修辅助和维修训练功能,在故障维修时不能快速、准确的提供故障解决措施,因此,面向设备维修辅助的IETM系统在故障维修领域有着极其重要的研究意义,为设备的使用和维修提供了可靠保障。本文基于GJB6600标准,通过将故障维修辅助技术与IETM相结合,设计与实现了一个面向设备维修辅助的IETM系统。主要研究内容如下:
(1)对目前国际上流行的IETM标准进行了分析和对比,结合项目需求,确定了适用于本系统的GJB6600标准。通过对故障维修诊断系统类型和故障树的相关理论的研究,确定了故障维修诊断系统的类型,为实现建立故障树程序设计提供了理论依据。
(2)针对故障树图形绘制问题,研究了基于Visio二次开发的绘制故障树技术。通过C#语言对Visio控件进行故障树绘制应用程序的设计与开发,实现故障树的绘制、编辑、保存以及基于Web浏览器显示功能。用户只需要通过鼠标拖拽就能完成故障树的绘制,解决了人工建树时操作繁琐的不足。
(3)针对知识库构建问题,采用将普通故障树转化为二叉故障树,并以二叉链表的形式作为产生式规则存储,为知识库的构建和故障诊断提供了知识源,然后给出了知识库维护和推理机的详细设计过程。
(4)基于以上研究,设计并实现了面向设备维修辅助的IETM系统。使用C#语言在Microsoft Visual Studio 2010平台下利用Microsoft SQL Server 2008数据库完成系统开发,其主要功能包括:浏览电子图、编辑电子图和故障维修诊断。以MDO400001示波器为测试案例对系统功能进行测试,证实了系统设计的可行性,达到了预期的目标。

With the development of informatization, the generation of Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) has overcame the shortcomings of the traditional paper manual which is not easy to access and inconvenient. However, most of IETM systems are only single electronic technical manual which have no integrated maintenance assistance and training functions, and they can not provide troubleshooting measures quickly and accurately when there is a fault. Therefore, IETM system that catered to equipment maintenance assistant has a very important research significance in the fault maintenance field, which provides a reliable guarantee for use and maintenance of equipment. In this research, by using the GJB6600 standard, the design and implementation of the IETM system for equipment maintenance assistance is presented, which is based on the combination of the fault maintenance assistant technology and IETM. The main contents of this paper are as follows:
(1) By the analysis and comparison of the current international popular IETM standards, and combined with the requirements of the project, the GJB6600 standard suitable for the present system was selected. On the basis of the research of fault diagnosis system type and fault tree theory, the type of fault diagnosis system was established, which provides a theoretical basis for realizing the design of fault tree.
(2) For the issues of fault tree graphics drawing, the fault tree technology based on Visio two development was studied. The C# language was used to design and develop drawing application program of Visio control fault tree. Which made it possible for the fault tree’s drawing, editing, preservation, and display by Web browser. Users only need to drag and drop through the mouse to complete the drawing of the fault tree.
(3) For the issues of knowledge base construction, the ordinary fault tree was transformed into a binary fault tree and stored as a production rule in the form of a binary list. It provided knowledge source for knowledge base construction and fault diagnosis, then it gave detailed design processing of knowledge base maintenance and reasoning machines.
(4) Based on the above research, the IETM system for equipment maintenance assistance was designed and implemented. The system was developed by using C# language and Microsoft SQL Server database under the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 platform. The main features are: browse and edit electronic map, diagnosis the fault. Finally, the system function was tested by MDO400001 oscilloscope, which proved the feasibility of the system design and achieved the expected target.
