煤矿巷道的稳定性评价是运用科学方法和经验方法相结合的方法对煤矿巷道的安全状况作出评价,定量或定性地描述巷道可能存在的危险因素,有利于决策者及时发现和消除系统内存在的事故隐患,对于提高煤矿的安全管理水平和保障煤矿的安全生产有着重要意义。 柠条塔煤矿S1210工作面的胶运顺槽、辅运顺槽、内回风巷和外回风巷的支护受到多种因素的影响(一是巷道的掘成时间较长;二是顶板突水导致巷道被淹,锚杆支护体系被水长时间浸泡,影响了锚杆的支护性能;三是在使用过程中遭到各种机械设备和人员的破坏),导致巷道的支护体系出现问题,急需对其稳定性进行评价。本文通过现场走访观察、拉拔试验、钻孔窥视、地质雷达探测等方法对S1210工作面的四条顺槽巷道的支护进行研究,并对其稳定性做出了科学的评价。针对巷道目前的问题,提出了返修加固方案,并应用有限差分软件FLAC3D对返修方案的效果进行了数值模拟分析,为巷道加固技术的应用提供了参考。 本文对S1210工作面顺槽巷道稳定性的评价方法简单、经济、可行,为该矿区其它巷道的稳定性评价提供了参考依据;返修加固方案的设计目的明确、施工便捷,为类似矿区的返修加固提供了借鉴。

Coal mine roadway stability evaluation is combining the scientific methods with experience method for coal mine safety status make evaluation,quantitatde or qualitatde description possible risk factors of roadway,it is help for decision makers to find and eliminate the accident potential of the system,to improve coal mine safety management level and ensure the safety production of the coal mine has important significance. The transportation roadway,subsidirary transportation,outside of the ventilation roadway and inside of the ventilation roadway support of S1210 Ningtiaota Coal Mine working face under various factors(One is the roadway finish time is long;Two is the roof water inrush caused the roadway to flooded,Bolting system were immersed for a long time, affected the performance of bolt support;Three is encountered various mechanical equipment and personnel destroyed in use process),caused the problems of supporting system,be badly in need of its stability evaluation.In this paper,research on the supporting of the four roadway through on-site visit observation,drawing test, drilling peep, geological radar detection method,and its stability is evaluated scientific. Aiming at the current problems of tunnel,proposed repair and reinforcement scheme,and analyzed effect of the repair project use finite difference software FLAC3D, to provide the reference for the application of the roadway reinforcement technology. In this paper, the S1210 face roadway stability of the slot evaluation method is simple, economic and feasible ,it provides reference basis for the roadway stability of other mining area.Repair reinforcement scheme design is clear purpose and convenient construction,for the similar mine repair reinforcement provides reference.
