在我国冀豫两省广大城市中现存有许多采暖能耗大、室内热环境差的老旧既有建筑,它们不能满足现行规范的节能要求,造成了极大的能源浪费。随着我国节能领域相关法规、政策的完善,冀豫地区既有建筑围护结构的节能改造工作已经全面开展。因此,本文的研究对该地区的节能改造工作有一定的理论价值和参考意义。 本文以冀豫两省为主要研究地区,以既有建筑围护结构的节能改造为主要研究对象,以豫北安阳市为代表城市,对既有居住建筑的现状和热舒适状况进行了实地调研,发现其围护结构的热工指标大大超出了现行规范限值,不满足要求。结合当地既有居住建筑节能改造工程实例进行了热工计算分析,验证了节能改造措施的节能效果。继而根据冀豫地区的气候特征和规范要求,提出了满足该地区各气候区划节能设计要求的围护结构常见节能改造措施,包括三种外墙外保温系统、XPS板倒置式保温屋面以及三种不同类型的外窗。之后,利用DeST-h能耗模拟软件对典型建筑在采取不同改造方案时的底层和顶层卧室冬季自然室温以及单位面积冷、热负荷指标进行了模拟分析,以研究不同节能改造措施及不同改造方案组合的节能效果。为了保证节能改造中的安全性,本文还采用底部剪力法对结构的抗震性能进行了验证,虽然节能改造措施对结构的安全性有一定影响,但影响很小。 对工程实例的计算结果表明,围护结构的节能改造效果十分明显,其中,对外墙的节能改造可使通过墙体的传热量下降69%。从典型建筑在不同改造方案下的模拟结果可知,对既有居住建筑的外墙、外窗和屋面进行节能改造分别可使建筑耗热量指标下降约26%、27%和11%,因此宜对既有建筑的围护结构进行全方位改造。为了确保节能改造工作的安全性,还应对建筑的抗震性能进行验算。本文的研究为冀豫地区的节能改造工作提供了理论依据和合理建议,具有一定的实用价值。

There exist many residential buildings in the cities of Henan and Hebei provinces which have a poor indoor thermal environment and consume huge energy on heating in winter. These buildings cannot meet the current specification requirements and make a big waste of energy sources. As the maturity of relevant laws and regulations, the work of energy saving renovation of existing buildings develops extensively. This makes the study of this paper have a great realistic significance. In this paper, Henan and Hebei provinces are selected as the main research areas, the energy saving renovation of existing buildings’ enclosing structure is the main research object.Choose Anyang as the delegate of the cities,this paper surveyed the present situation of the local existing buildings to find the current problems and ascertain the typical characteristics.Based on an existing project,analyse the effect of energy saving.Then put forward some common energy-saving renovation measures, include external thermal insulation composite systems based on EPS,XPS and rigid polyurethane board, inverted insulating roof and so on. In order to further analyse the energy saving effect of different measures and renovation schemes, adopt DeST-h software to simulate the cold and hot load index per unit area and the natural room temperature of the bedrooms under different renovation schemes. Finally, the influence of the renovation measures on the safety is studied based on bottom shear method. The research shows that the energy saving renovation of existing buildings’ enclosing structure can get a good effect. The consumption of heat energy through the external wall decreased by 69% in the existing project The simulation results shows that the energy saving renovation of external walls,windows and roofs can get a energy-saving rate of about 25%,27% and 11%, thus the three aspects should be retrofitted simultaneously. The renovation measures may exert an adverse influence on the structure and a safety checking should be done. The study of this paper can provide theoretical foundations and reasonable suggestions for the work of energy saving renovation of existing buildings in the cities of Henan and Hebei province and has a practical value.
