随着制造业产业结构调整,产能过剩问题日益显著,在工业生产各环节最大限度降低生产成本、提高产品质量成为企业提升市场竞争力的最重要手段。高强度导爆管拉制是高强度导爆管雷管生产过程中一个重要的半成品生产环节,但由于技术水平落后,部分企业的生产线采取单机控制的方式,该方式导致生产损耗大,产品合格率低等问题。实现高强度导爆管生产线的集中控制,有助于降低产品损耗提升产品质量,对于企业发展有十分重要的意义。
本文以某兵工厂高强度导爆管生产线控制系统为实践背景,本项目属于该车间年产2000万米的高强度导爆管项目。在整个高强度导爆管生产过程中,需对其牵引速度、导爆药下药量以及导爆管外径进行控制。在前系统中,工人手动调整生产线工艺参数给高强度导爆管拉制过程造成频繁的扰动,使得生产过程不可控,生产数据无法追溯。
本文首先对生产线各牵引机速度、下药量以及外径的动态特性深入分析。针对核心工艺装备被控对象的动态特性,先后提出比值-串级控制方案、分程串级控制方案、变比值反馈控制方案以及基于专家PID控制反馈-串级-分程控制方案。然后对车间质量管理系统进行了深层次调研,提出了基于自动数据采集和分析的质量管理信息化改造方案,实现生产过程的可视化。在实际工程实践中,本项目以西门子S7200 PLC和研华工控机为硬件,以北京压控组态王和微软SQL Server为软件,构建高强度导爆管生产线集控系统。目前已正式投运生产,实现了生产线的管控一体,应用效果较为理想,高强度导爆管的产品质量同比提高5%,拉制成本降低2.5%,每年为公司节约成本100万。

With the industrial structure adjustment of the manufacturing industry, the problem of excess production capacity becomes more and more obvious. In all the links of industrial production, reduce the production cost to the maximum extent and improve product quality become the most important things for enterprises to enhance market competitiveness. High-strength Shock tube control is an important part of semi-finished production in the production process of high-precision industrial detonator. Due to the Backward technology,Some production lines adopt single-machine control mode, which leads to high production loss and low product qualification rate. It is very important for enterprise development to realize the centralized control of high-strength Shock tube production line, which is helpful to reduce product loss and improve product quality.
In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of the speed, quantity and diameter of each tractor are analyzed. Based on the dynamic characteristics of this series of controlled object, successively put forward ratio - cascade control scheme, cheng cascade control scheme, variable ratio feedback control scheme, based on expert PID control feedback cascade - process control scheme.Then the deep investigation of the quality management system of the workshop was carried out, and an information-based quality management reconstruction scheme based on automatic data collection and analysis was proposed to realize visualization of the production process. In the actual engineering practice, this project is to Siemens S7200 PLC and industrial computer as hardware research China, in Beijing voltage-controlled configuration king and Microsoft SQL Server for software, set up high-strength Shock tube production line control system. At present, the production has been officially put into operation, the application effect is ideal, the product quality of the high-strength Shock tube is
increased by 5%, and the pulling cost is reduced by 2.5%, and the cumulative annual cost of the company is 1 million.
