中国经济的持续发展推动着融资租赁行业不断前行,在此进程中,H融资租赁公司机遇与挑战并存。该行业在我国经济结构调整和产业升级中扮演着重要角色,尽管近年来市场规模有所增长,但与欧美发达国家相比,我国融资租赁市场渗透率仍存在较大提升空间。H融资租赁公司自2013年成立以来,依托强大股东背景和多元化业务模式取得了一定成果,然而在现行稳定战略下,其业务发展逐渐暴露出诸多问题,如业务结构单一、过度依赖单一业务、风险控制能力不足以及市场竞争力较弱等,这些问题亟待解决。

本文综合运用PEST分析、波特五力模型和SWOT分析等战略工具,对H公司所处的内外部环境进行了全面且深入的评估。研究发现,宏观环境中政策支持为公司发展提供了空间,但法律法规的不完善和政策变动带来了潜在风险;经济增速放缓使行业面临融资成本上升和利润压缩的挑战;社会环境变化要求公司调整业务方向;技术发展虽带来创新机会,但也增加了技术升级和网络安全方面的要求。内部环境方面,公司在资产质量、管理团队和客户合作关系上具备优势,但业务同质化、风控薄弱和创新不足等劣势也较为明显。基于此,文章提出H公司应采取一体化发展战略和差异化战略,拓展新业务领域,减少对单一业务和业务模式的依赖,提升市场占有率。同时,通过优化人力资源管理、完善风险控制体系,并加强企业文化建设、优化组织架构和推进精细化管理等保障措施,助力公司实现战略目标,提升竞争力,保持持续健康发展。

The sustained development of the Chinese economy is driving the continuous progress of the leasing industry, and in this process, H Leasing Company faces both opportunities and challenges. This industry plays an important role in China's economic restructuring and industrial upgrading. Although the market size has grown in recent years, there is still significant room for improvement in the penetration rate of China's financial leasing market compared to developed countries in Europe and America. Since its establishment in 2013, H Leasing Company has achieved certain results based on its strong shareholder background and diversified business model. However, under the current stable strategy, its business development has gradually exposed many problems, such as a single business structure, excessive reliance on a single business, insufficient risk control capabilities, and weak market competitiveness. These problems urgently need to be solved.

This article comprehensively and deeply evaluates the internal and external environment of H Company using strategic tools such as PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces model, and SWOT analysis. Research has found that policy support in the macro environment provides space for company development, but incomplete laws and regulations and policy changes bring potential risks; The slowdown in economic growth has posed challenges to the industry, including rising financing costs and profit compression; The changing social environment requires the company to adjust its business direction; Although technological development brings innovation opportunities, it also increases the requirements for technological upgrades and network security. In terms of internal environment, the company has advantages in asset quality, management team, and customer relationships, but disadvantages such as business homogenization, weak risk control, and insufficient innovation are also quite obvious. Based on this, the article proposes that H company should adopt an integrated development strategy and a differentiation strategy, expand new business areas, reduce dependence on single businesses and business models, and increase market share. At the same time, by optimizing human resource management, improving risk control systems, strengthening corporate culture construction, optimizing organizational structure, and promoting refined management, the company can achieve strategic goals, enhance competitiveness, and maintain sustainable and healthy development.
