黄陵电厂110kV鲁热Ⅰ、Ⅱ线为典型架空短线,常规保护满足不了该线路保护的选择性要求,它的故障将引起电厂的跳机、停产。本论文针对该线路的特点,分析电流差动保护原理及其故障分量电流差动保护判据;同时,通过对光纤通道特点的分析和与其它通道特点的对比,说明以故障分量电流差动保护判据为保护原理的光纤电流差动保护较其它保护原理的优点,提出了利用光纤电流差动保护原理作为110kV输电线主保护能满足现代电网对输电线继电保护的要求,从而确定黄陵电厂110kV输电线的保护方案。
同时,对影响保护判据性能的负荷电流、过渡电阻、电容电流、CT饱和、CT断线、弱馈等问题作了充分的分析,并给出了行之有效的解决方案,其中:CT断线的判别和解锁是文中的一个创新。输电线两侧数据的同步采样是实现电流差动保护的关键,本文在分析现有同步采样方法的基础上,选用了一种基于采样值序号的数据修正方法。该方法原理简单,不用增加任何硬件设备便可达到数据的同步要求。
本文对黄陵电厂110kV输电线采用的主保护装置的工作原理、实现过程及与后备保护装置的保护配合做了系统的介绍,说明了根据本文方法,阿城继电器股份有限公司改进开发的保护装置ARAS2118B能满足线路继电保护要求。
最后,该保护装置经过两年半的现场运行表明,保护方案符合现代电网对高压输电线继电保护的要求,方案合理、可行,完全达到了设计要求。

The number I、II 110kV transmission lines between Huangling power plant and Lusi substation is a typically short line. So the general relay protection do not protect the transmission lines because can not satisfy the selectively demand. And its failure will result in generators stop.
In this paper, Aim at the characteristics of the transmission lines, analyzes the principle of current differential protection and criterion of fault weight current differential protection; meanwhile, by the analyses of fiber channels’ characteristics and the comparison with other channels, explains the predominance of fiber current differential protection which bases on the fault weight current differential protection comparing with other protection principles. To advance that the principle of fiber current differential protection as the main protection could satisfy the requirements of modern electrical network for the protection of transmission line relay. Finally, determines the protection scheme on 110kv transmission line.
Besides, analyzes the problems on influences to the protection criterion by the load current ,the transition resistance, the capacitance current, the CT saturation, CT break-line, weak-feed and so on; also the suitability solution is given. The innovation is the distinguishing of CT break-line and opendown. The synchronous sampling on the data of both sides of transmission line is the key to achieve the current differential protection. At the base of analysis on the synchronous sampling in existence, chooses a method of data modification based on sampling value serial number, which is simple and can meet the synchronous requirements of protection data without any hardware equipments.
In the paper, introduce on work principles, course of realization and protection cooperation with the equipment as the back protection which is adopted. Therefore, according to the explains, the protection equipment ARAS2118B which is improved and created by Achceng Relay Stock Ltd.,Co can satisfy the demands of line relay protection.
Finally, through two years practice, shows that the project of protection tallies with the requirements of modern power network for relay protection on the high-voltage transmission line.
