铜川照金地区煤炭资源丰富,煤矿数量较多,绝大多数为中小型煤矿。该地区各开采煤层均赋存有瓦斯,局部区域煤层瓦斯含量还比较高,并且各煤层都属于自燃或容易自燃煤层。照金地区中小型煤矿自燃火灾事故多发,并引起多起瓦斯爆炸事故,造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。开展照金地区中小煤矿煤层自燃规律及防治技术研究对保障区内煤矿安全生产意义重大。 本文开展了铜川照金地区4-2煤层煤样自燃性程序升温实验,测试了不同粒度煤样在不同温度下的耗氧特性、CO、CO2、C2H4、C2H6等气体产生规律,分析了不同粒度煤样的自燃特性参数,建立了CO2/ CO和C2H4为主的煤层自燃预报指标气体体系,为自燃监测和早期预报奠定了基础。通过对铜川照金地区实际情况调查研究,得到了照金地区中小煤矿开采条件下,富含瓦斯的易燃煤层自然发火的特点及规律,结合现有各种矿井防灭火技术的术的特点,提出了包括矿井火灾监测,矿井日常防灭火、煤层自燃应急防控等针对性的防灭火技术措施和管理方案。在照金秀房沟、白石崖等煤矿进行应用该技术方案,有效的预防了煤层自燃,成功地处理了局部突发性煤层火灾,保障了煤矿安全生产,说明该方案针对性强,满足了照金矿区煤层自燃防治需要。

Tongchuan Zhaojin region is rich in coal resources; there are lots of coal mines there. Most of these are of small and medium size. The small and medium - sized coal seam occurrence of a certain amount of gas,and some seam gas content is still relatively high.The coal seams are are easy to spontaneous combustion, spontaneous combustion fire accident gets more. This paper carried out on typical Zhaojin of Tongchuan region 4-2coal seam sample of coal spontaneous combustion with programmed heating experiment in the programmed temperature box and on different granularity of coal samples were heated.In different temperature conditions, we test the different size of coal oxygen consumption characteristics, CO, CO2, C2H4, C2H6, gas generation and combustion characteristics,and analysis the CO2/ CO and C2H4 as indices to predict the spontaneous combustion of coal seam gas. And this paper analyse the characteristics of small and medium - sized coal mines and the spontaneous combustion laws in ZhaoJin region. According to the actual situation in the Jin region of Tongchuan, studies the characteristic and law of spontaneous combustion of the inflammable coal seam with gas. Put forward the proper fire prevention solutions and management strategies, including mine fire monitoring, mine fire prevention, fire prevention with the emergency etc. The application of the technical scheme can effectively prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal seam, which deal with the sudden coal seam fire and guarantee the safe production in coal mine.
