水是人类生存的基本条件,又是国民经济的生命线。水资源问题是当前和21世纪我国社会经济可持续发展最突出的问题之一。
在我国,煤矿缺水是个普遍的现象,尤其是北方煤矿严重缺水,一方面许多煤矿需要开辟新水源,另一方面大量的矿井水由于认识不足被当作废水排放掉,浪费了宝贵的水资源。本文针对这一事实以及铜川矿区严重缺水的现状提出了在铜川矿区实现矿井水资源化。
到铜川矿区现场采集的水样,并对水样进行实验分析后得出铜川矿区矿井水水质特征。铜川矿区矿井水有轻微异味,浑浊度较高,属于高悬浮物矿井水。针对铜川矿区东坡煤矿的矿井水水质特征和矿井的稳定涌水量,论证了在该矿区实现矿井水资源化回用是可行的。按“优质水优用,低质水低用”原则,通过理论分析和技术比较确定了矿井水资源化的最佳方案,并针对最佳方案提出工艺流程。
对矿井水处理回用过程中的关键操作单元—絮凝单元进行了实验研究。采用烧杯搅拌实验方法对选定的五种絮凝剂分别进行絮凝实验。实验结果表明单独投加一种絮凝剂时,聚合氯化铝(PAC)絮凝效果最好,最佳投药量是10mg/L,最佳PH值为7.5。无机絮凝剂与有机絮凝剂复配投加比单独投加一种絮凝剂絮凝效果好,实验表明聚合氯化铝与聚丙烯酰胺配合投放的絮凝效果最好,最佳投药量为 PAC:8mg/L,PAM:3mg/L;混合投加的最佳pH值为7。
本文的研究结果表明,铜川矿区矿井水经过处理后完全可以回用,实现了矿井水资源化回用。

Water is primary condition of the human survival and lifeline of the national economy.The question of water resource becomes one of the most outstanding problems of sustainable development of our country's social economic at present and in the 21st century.
The lack of water in colliery is a general phenomenon in china especially in northern colliery .On one hand, many collieries need to open up the new source of water . The other hand, lots of coal mine drainage is discharged as the waste water because of insufficient cognition. So a great deal of precious water resources is wasted.This paper bring up realizing the recycle-treatment of coal mine drainage based on these realities and the serious deficient water state in Tongchuan. mining area.
After the experimental analysis on the water sample that is gathered in Tongchuan. mining area, this paper get the conclusion:the water quality of coal mine drainage in Tongchuan. mining area is well and belongs to high suspended substance mine water. According to the condition of the water quality of coal mine drainage in Tongchuan. mining area,this paper proposes the best scheme,plan, disposal and technological process of the utilization of mine water interm of “high quality water and high usefulness, low quality water and low usefulness”.
At the phase of coagulation, this paper confirm the optimum coagulation medicament , optimum coagulation medicament quantity and optimum PH value . The mine water can meet the industrial water requirement of mining area after coagulation and deposition, and can reach the drinking water sanitary standard of life after electro-analysis and disinfection.
The study indicate that retrieval and utilizationof mine water in Tongchuan. mining area is feasible and fulfill the rational use of the mine water.
