摘 要
矿井使用了很多机、电、液一体化的大型机械,是主要的生产运输工具。在煤炭生产中这些设备担负着开采煤炭、下放矿山生产材料、升降采矿生产工人和相关生产设备的任务。它是联系井上与井下的主要途径,是矿井正常生产所必不可少的。
本文以一个集煤炭、电力、煤化工等为一体的综合性煤矿项目群为研究背景。针对当前矿井提升电控系统不能满足实际生产需要的情况,对矿井提升电控系统的改造方案和实现进行了充分研究。根据灵新矿的现有情况,并广泛调查国内外相关研究的发展状况,对该矿电控设备进行技术改造。主要研究工作如下:
分析了矿井提升电控系统改造的总体方案。分析了设备概况,介绍了改造功能。在此基础上设计了改造方案。研究了矿井提升机械系统改造。包括运输设备选型和更换装置改造。对矿井提升电控系统改造进行了研究,在现有电控系统现状的基础上,提出了改造思路,给出了改造方案,提高了系统的安全可靠性,降低了噪音及室温,速度调节连续平滑,减小了对机械和电网的冲击,并保证了系统的安全运行。对矿井提升控制系统进了改造,结合改造要求,对高压变频控制进行了改造,不但提升了运行效率,还增强了运行安全。
最后,对改造的系统进行了现场应用,结果表明:本文研究的矿井提升电控系统改造,能够实现煤矿生产设备优化、简化生产环节、降低运维成本、提高生产效率。

ABSTRACT
The mine uses a large number of major production vehicles such as large machinery, electricity, and liquid. In coal production, these equipments are responsible for mining coal, decentralizing mine production materials, lifting mining production workers and production equipment. It is the main way to connect uphole and downhole. It is an essential equipment for the normal production of mines.
This paper takes a research background of a comprehensive coal mine project group integrating coal, electric power and coal chemical industry. In view of the fact that the current mine lifting electronic control system cannot meet the actual production needs, the reform plan and implementation of the mine lifting electronic control system have been fully studied. According to the existing situation of Lingxin Mine, and extensively investigating the development status of relevant research at home and abroad, the electronic control equipment is technically transformed. The main research work is as follows:
The overall plan for the transformation of mine hoisting electronic control system is analyzed. The equipment overview was analyzed and the transformation function is introduced. Based on this, a transformation plan is designed. The transformation of the mine lifting machinery system was studied. Including transportation equipment selection and replacement device modification. Based on the current situation of the existing electronic control system, the reform idea isput forward, and the transformation plan is given to improve the safety and reliability of the system and reduce the noise and room temperature. The device speed adjustment is continuous and smooth, which can reduce the impact on the machine and the power grid, and ensure the safe operation of the system. The mine lifting control system is transformed, and the high-voltage variable frequency control is modified in combination with the transformation requirements. This not only improves operational efficiency, but also enhances operational safety.
Finally, the modified system is applied in the field. The results show that the mine electric control system reform research in this paper can optimize coal mine production equipment, simplify production, reduce operation and maintenance costs, and improve production efficiency.
