伴随着国家经济建设高速发展,国家对煤炭资源的需求量日益增大。由于煤矿井下生产环境的特殊性,安全生产一直是困扰该行业的难题,每年都有一定数量的煤矿事故发生,其中与通风有关的事故占比重最大,危害也最大。主要原因是复杂的煤矿井下通风环境、不规范的煤矿通风管理及工作人员的不规范操作。近年来,随着我国国力的大幅提升,国家从中央到地方对煤矿安全生产已高度重视,投入也逐渐增多。因计算机科学、GIS技术、数据库技术和计算机网络的高速发展,根据现有技术完全可以研发煤矿通风地理信息系统。 本文针对我国煤炭生产企业安全管理的现状,在阅读大量国内外文献的基础上,通过对矿井生产过程中井下的信息特点以及煤矿企业井下生产现状等的调查和研究,设计了煤矿通风地理信息系统。此系统主要实现基于GIS与现有煤矿监测系统软件的整合升级、常用通风专业模型的建立、通风专业模型与GIS空间数据的结合、管理煤矿所用通风信息系统数据库的建立,可以为煤矿通风参数提供集成的数据环境和可视化平台,用于指导煤矿安全生产和灾害防治,最终实现煤矿通风安全信息管理的现代化,从而使煤矿通风信息的管理和处理工作更加方便、快捷、系统和规范。 本系统采用UML建模语言进行设计,使用面向对象的开发语言和GIS组件技术进行开发,具体采用了C#.NET和ArcGIS Engine ,采用Oracle和ArcSDE数据引擎建立数据库,较好地实现了预期的目标。

Along with the high speed development of national economy, demand for coal resources is increasing for our country. With the special environment of coal miner's underground, production safety is always a problem in this field, there are a number of accidents happened every year in this field, and in these accidents that have relevant with ventilation take a large proportion, and the loss in this is larger. The main reasons include the complexity of mine ventilation environment, unregulated management of coal mine ventilation and non-standard operations of staff. In recent years, with our countries powerful huge promotion, national to local department have been taking more attention in the problem of coal's safety, and larger amount resource is put into it. For Compute Science、GIS technology、Database technology and Internet's high developing, based on the technology present exist full satisfy the need to develop coal ventilation GIS. this paper based on the rent situation of our country coal enterprise's production safe and home and broad's document, after the study of the information of underground of mine product and the present situation of mine product, designed a coal ventilation GIS. This system mainly completes the integration and upgrade of GIS and current mine detecting system software、common use ventilation model、ventilation model and GIS spatial data、manage mine's ventilation information system database, can be used viewed platform and integration system for mine ventilation parameter, give directions for mine safe operation and controlling of scourge ,complete the modernization of mine ventilation, and convenience、speed、systematic and regular of mine ventilation information's manage and handle. The system adopts the UML language to carry on its design, uses object-oriented development language and GIS component technique to develop, specifically uses the C#.NET and ArcGIS Engine and apples Oracle and data Engine ArcSDE to establish the database. It better achieves the expected goal.
