煤层自燃问题一直困扰着我国煤矿的安全生产,严重影响着煤炭工业发展,给矿井生产带来极大安全隐患。由于实际条件下的煤自燃过程很难描述清楚,并且煤自燃的自身特性和外部条件都是不停的随着环境而改变的,例如煤自身粒径大小,风流等外界条件,使得煤层自然发火预测预报技术的发展受到严重制约。 本文在广泛查阅中外文献和系统总结前人研究成果的基础上,采用理论与实验相结合的研究方法,对黄陵煤样的氧化放热中的自燃特性变化规律进行研究。 本文不仅要用实验模拟的手段了解煤自燃的条件、发展过程;并在模拟实验中改变自燃的条件来研究各特性参数的变化规律。煤自燃发展过程的影响因素的研究对煤层自然发火防治具有重要的理论和工程应用价值。首先,通过自然发火实验对黄陵煤样进行分析,得出煤体氧化放热强度、CO产生率、耗氧速度等煤自燃特性参数随煤温变化的基本规律,得出黄陵煤样的临界温度点和干裂温度点等一些基本的煤自燃特性参数。然后,改变外界空气流量,恒温箱升温速度对四种粒度的黄陵煤样进行程序升温实验。最后,根据自然发火实验对黄陵煤样的分析结果对大量程序升温实验数据进行筛选,得出若干组与自然发火实验各特征曲线拟合度较高的特征曲线并研究其特性参数变化规律。可得出在不同空气流量、升温速度下的程序升温模拟煤自燃过程中,煤体氧化放热强度、CO产生率、耗氧速度等煤自燃特性参数的变化规律,以及临界特征温度点,干裂温度点的变化规律。

The spontaneous combustion of coal seam is one of the major problems in safe production of coal mine ,serious influencing the coal industry development, bringing the enormous security hidden danger for the mine production. Because the actual condition of the coal spontaneous combustion process is very difficult to describe clearly, and coal spontaneous combustion's characteristic and the external condition always change along with the environment. For example, coal particle size characteristic, wind and so on.So as to the forecast technology of the coal spontaneous combustion fall under the serious restriction. Therefore, not only needing use the experimentation simulate method realize coal spontaneous combustion condition, the developing process; And in the simulation experimentation find out the spontaneous combustion the condition, developing process's influencing factor has the important theory and the project application value to the coal spontaneous combustion prevention. On the basis of referring the foreign and domestic literatures and systematically generalizing the former research results, to research the Huangling coal oxidized exothermic spontaneous combustion characteristic change rule of the Huangling coal. First ,through the spontaneous combustion experiment on the Huangling coal to get the basic law of the preliminary analysis, the coal exothermic and oxidation intensity, CO production rate, oxygen consumption rate changes with the coal temperature, obtaining the basic coal spontaneous combustion characteristic parameter of the Huangling coal sample critical temperature and splits temperature. Then, changing the outside air flux, the heating rate of incubators, make the experiment to the four Huangling coal sample size. According to the results of the analysis of the spontaneous combustion experiment on the Huangling coal results, Carries on filtrate to the mass data,and get the rule. It can be obtained the rule of the preliminary analysis, the coal exothermic and oxidation intensity, CO production rate, oxygen consumption rate changes with the coal temperature, under different air flux and conditions of temperature-programmed simulation .It also can get the rule of the Huangling coal sample critical temperature and splits temperature.
