摘 要 煤矿液压支架和乳化液泵是综采工作面重要的液压支护设备,其高效、安全运行与煤矿经济效益及矿工生命安全密切相关。随着计算机技术、现代智能检测技术和先进虚拟仪器技术的快速发展,利用其开展对煤矿液压支护设备性能测试系统的研究具有重要意义。 本文主要以两柱掩护式液压支架和卧式五柱塞往复式乳化液泵为研究对象,以煤炭行业标准中MT312-2000关于煤矿用液压支架性能检测的有关规定和MT /T188.2-2000关于乳化液泵性能检测的有关规定为依据,确定了煤矿液压支护设备性能测试系统需要检测的主要参数及其测试方法。本文针对测试系统所需检测参数的特点及其测试方法的要求构建了煤矿液压支护设备性能测试系统硬件,并确定了其总体结构,完成了传感器、数据采集卡、计算机的选型,以及信号调理电路的设计。通过对煤矿液压支护设备性能测试系统的功能需求分析,确定了煤矿液压支护设备性能测试系统软件的总体结构。采用先进虚拟仪器技术,以LabVIEW2011软件为设计平台,采用模块化的编程方法,开发了一种集数据采集、数据分析处理、数据存储、数据查询、报表生成为一体的煤矿液压支护设备性能测试分析软件。论文搭建了煤矿液压支护设备性能测试系统实验平台,并对测试系统进行了性能分析和实验验证。实验结果表明,该测试系统可以实现煤矿液压支架和乳化液泵主要参数的性能检测,操作方便,性能良好,能够满足煤矿生产的需要。

ABSTRACT Mining hydraulic support and emulsion pump have been the key device of hydraulic support for the fully mechanized face, the efficient and safe running of them has been closely related to economic benefit of coal mine and the safety of miners. With the rapid development of computer technology, modern intelligent detection technology and advanced virtual instrument technology, the use of which has an important meaningful to research the performance test system of equipment of mining hydraulic support. This paper mainly has taken the two column shield hydraulic support and horizontal five plunger reciprocating emulsion pump as the research object, taken the relevant provisions of the coal industry standard MT312-2000 on the performance detection of mining hydraulic support and the relevant provisions of MT /T188.2-2000 on the performance detection of emulsion pump as the basis, and determined the main parameters and their test methods of the performance test system of equipment of mining hydraulic support. According to the characteristics of test parameters and the requirements of test methods for the test system, this paper has constructed the hardware of the performance test system of equipment of mining hydraulic support and determined its overall structure, finished the selection of sensors, data acquisition card, computer, and the design of signal conditioning circuit. Through analyzing the function demand of the performance test system of equipment of mining hydraulic support, this paper has determined the overall structure of the performance test system software of equipment of mining hydraulic support. This paper has used the advanced virtual instrument technology, based on the LabVIEW2011 software,used the modular programming method and developed a performance test system analysis software of equipment of mining hydraulic support, and the software has set data acquisition, data processing, data storage, data query, report generation as a whole.This paper has built the experimental platform of the performance test system of equipment of mining hydraulic support and implemented the performance analysis and experimental verification for the performance test system. The experimental results have showed that the test system can realize the performance detection of the main parameters of mining hydraulic support and emulsion pump, have convenient operation and good performance, and be able to meet the needs of the production of coal mine.
