随着计算机及其应用技术的发展和整个社会信息文化水平的不断提高,计算机及其应用已渗透到人类社会生产、学习、生活的各个方面。将计算机科学技术应用于教育测量和评价的全过程当中，即计算机辅助测试（Computer Assisted Test，CAT）,它已成为国内外计算机教育和教育技术领域内的一个研究热点。计算机辅助测试理论的重要组成部分有题库技术和计算机科学技术。题库可以定义为一个容易取得测验题目的相对大的项目集合。它的出现使得考试满足了信度和效度要求，做到科学化、系统化、标准化。而网上无纸化考试系统也因其公正性、安全性、准确性、灵活性、随机性、及时性以及方便性等特点，成为国际上普遍采用的一种考试和认证方式。 随着Internet/Intranet的迅速普及，人们获取信息、交流信息以及学习的方式发生了彻底改变。一方面，用传统的面授课程方式已远远不能满足人们对知识的渴求。另一方面，网络技术的飞速发展和计算机课件资源的不断扩充，使人们可以灵活自由的选择自己感兴趣的课程进行学习，以获取丰富的知识。利用计算机网络开展e-learning已经成为社会关注的热点，它是未来学习型社会的根本特性和人们的基本需求，包括网上学习、查阅资料、浏览信息、下载信息等。而基于Web的智能答疑系统和自测系统作为e-learning的一个重要方面，自然被提到了一个重要的位置。通过自测系统和智能答疑系统不但使学员能够对所学知识进行跟踪测试，随时掌握学习情况，及时调整学习重点，以便更好的进行学习和提高水平。而且能够方便教师及时全面地了解学生的掌握情况，以便及时调整授课内容、课程重点和难点。因此如何利用Internet科学地进行网上测试并进行智能答疑已成为教育管理者和教师及广大学员普遍关心的问题。 本文分析了传统测试方法和智能答疑系统的种种不足与不便之处，指出传统的测试系统将最终被无纸化的测试形式所取代。从而提出基于Web的自测系统和智能答疑系统的系统结构、设计思想，对智能答疑系统进行了系统设计，并设计出了一个基于Web的自测系统，在此基础上利用Web新技术ASP.NET和ADO.NET实现了该自测系统，并利用ADO.NET生成了试卷

With development of the computer and computer application technology and improving of level of the whole community information and culture, every respect of production, study and living of people that the Computer and Computer application technology have been infiltrated through. Computer science and technology have been used in course of educational measurement and assessment—that is Computer Assisted Test (CAT), which has been become an investigative hotspot of the domain and foreign of computer education and educational technology. Item bank and computer science technology makes up of theory of Computer Assisted Test. Item bank is defined as an aggregate of item which is a comparative large and an easy acquired test subject. Its appearance is satisfied to require of faith and validity of test, and come up to science, systematism and standardization. Moreover, because there are some characteristic of right, security, veracity, agility, randomicity, time and conveniency in non-paper test system on network-based, it has been adopted universally a mode of test and authentication. With rapid popularization of Internet/Intranet, it has taken change completely that the mode that people gain information, communicate information, and study. On one hand, the mode of traditional teaching hasn’t contented with thirsty of people to knowledge. On the other hand, the very fast speed of network technology and continuous extension of source of the computer courseware, which people have selected freely some course that they are interested in to learn, so as to get abundant knowledge. What people make use of computer network to do e-learning has been a hotspot of society. E-learning is a fundamental identity of society of study type in the future and a fundamental require of people, including studying, referring data, scanning information and downloading information on network. While the design and realization of the self-examination system and intelligence answer question system on web-based is an important respect of e-learning and has been mentioned naturally to an important situation. Not only by means of self-examination system and intelligence answer question system can causes students follow the tracks of the quiz to the knowledge learned, grasp the situations of study at all times, and adjust the emphases of study in time, in order to study better and improve oneself continuously. But also can make conveniently teacher know immediately and completely the understanding situation of study of students, in order to adjust content of teaching in time and stresses and difficulties of course. Thereby, how using Internet goes on testing and answering intelligently question on net have become a universal concerned question of educational supervisors and a lot of students. This thesis analyzes a variety of inadvantages and inconveniences of the way of traditional test and Intelligence Answer Question, and point out the traditional testing system will be replaced by non-paper testing system finally. Consequently, the thesis bring forward system structure and design idea of self-examination system and intelligence answer question system, and has made system design to Intelligence Answer Question, and design a self-examination system on web-based, on the base of this, the thesis realizes the self-examination system by means of new web techniques—ASP.NET and ADO.NET and builds examination paper using ADO.NET at last.
