为了研究取电工作方式下电流互感器的工作特性,对电流互感器的一次侧电流、二次侧电压与二次侧电阻的相互关系以及功率传输特性进行了试验研究,为电流互感器取电电源提供设计依据。
设计了一种适合电流互感器取电的开关电源,该电源由整流桥、MOSFET开关、防倒流二极管、储能用电容和控制电路组成。分析了这种电源的工作过程、器件应力及损耗,给出了这种电源的元器件参数计算方法及选择依据并建议了这种电源的设计步骤。
设计了一种基于电流互感器取电结合蓄电池储能电源,该电源由继电器开关、整流桥、防倒流二极管、蓄电池和控制电路组成。分析了这种电源的工作过程、器件应力及损耗,给出了这种电源的元器件参数计算方法及选择依据并建议了这种电源的设计步骤。
分别制作了电流互感器取电的开关电源及电流互感器取电结合蓄电池储能电源的原理样机,并对两种电源样机进行了实验验证,结果表明:实验结果与理论分析相符,原理样机满足设计要求。

To make clear the behaviour of a current transformer used as a power supplier, experiments are made to investigate the relationship among the primary current, the secondary voltage and the secondary resistance. The obtained knowledge can be used as the design consideration for current transformer feeding switching power supplies.
A switching power supply suitable for being fed by a current transformer is designed, which consists of a rectifier bridge, a MOSFET, a diode preventing current flow backward, a storage capacitor and a control circuit. The working process, the device stress and losses are analysed. The device selecting suggestions and the parameter design method are given. The design steps of the proposed power supply are also listed.
A hybrid power supply of current transformer feeding and battery storage is proposed, which consists of a relay type switch, a rectifier bridge, a diode preventing current flow backward, a storage battery and a control circuit. The working process, the device stress and losses are analysed. The device selecting suggestions and the parameter design method are given. The design steps of the proposed power supply are proposed as well.
The prototypes of above two novel power supplies are implanted, respectively, based on which, experiments are made for verification. The results of the experiments are in positive with the analysis and both of the two prototypes meet the design requirements.
