摘 要
带式输送机是连续输送机的一种,是露天矿和地下矿的联合运输系统中的重要组成部分。作为煤矿机械设计人员,选型工作量大。开发一个软件实现计算机辅助矿用带式输送机计算选型,对于煤矿机械设计自动化、为设计者提供设计参考性、提高设计选型工作效率具有一定的现实意义。
根据《DTII (A)型带式输送机设计手册_11134092》文件要求对皮带输送机进行结构化分解,采用Visual Basic 作为一个高级可视化语言应用于选型软件中,Microsoft Office Access为数据库,使用SQL语言,实现了DTII (A)型带式输送机的计算机辅助计算选型功能。
论文重点通过对DTII (A)型皮带输送机的运动力学原理分析,结合生产一线实际设计方法,找出了理论要求与实际设计计算的不同之处,紧密跟进实际设计需求,使软件的实际应用性增强。
采用王家岭原煤仓至原煤出煤厂实际情况进行了带式输送机计算选型实例实验,验证得出数据结果与现实生产实际相吻合,证实软件具有实用性和实践使用价值。同时为今后使用软件编程解决煤矿机械产品计算选型问题提供了思路与参考。

ABSTRACT
Belt conveyor is a kind of continuous conveyor, it is an important part of the combination of strip mine and underground mine transport system. For mechanical design , selection of big workload. As coal mine machinery design, selection of work is very large, to develop a software to realize computer aided calculation selection for mine belt conveyor, for coal mine machinery design automation, provide design reference for the designer and improve the efficiency of the work of design model selection has a certain practical significance.
According to “the DTII (A) type belt conveyor design manual _11134092 ",the file requirements for belt conveyor for structured decomposition, using Visual Basic as A senior Visual language used in the selection of software, Microsoft Office Access to database, use the SQL language, realizes the computer aided calculation selection function for the DTII (A) type of belt conveyor.
Paper analyzed DTII (A) type movement mechanics principle of belt conveyor, in combination with the practical design method of production line, finding out the difference between the theoretical requirements and practical design calculation, the closely follow up the design requirements enhance the practicability of the software.
Using the Wang Jialing mine original coal bunker to raw coal coal's actual condition, the calculation instance selection experiment was carried out to verify the data results in conformity with the real production practice, confirmed that the software has practicability and practical use value. At the same time for the future use of software programming to solve coal mine machinery products calculation selection problem and provides some references.
