针对倾角大(平均倾角在55º以上),距离近的煤层群,如何在保持开采情况下,提出工作面沿空巷道的科学可行支护方案,解决重复采动影响下沿空巷道支护难题是赵家坝煤矿亟待解决的一个重大技术难题。
本文以赵家坝煤矿+340水平306采区9#煤层3964工作面平巷为主要研究对象,通过围岩松动圈测试、初步方案实施、矿压观测等现场试验研究、围岩力学特性测试、室内平立交互可加载相似材料模拟实验和数值模拟研究,对广旺矿区赵家坝煤矿急倾斜煤层沿空巷道的变形失稳机理进行了深入研究,分析研究了急倾斜煤层沿空巷道的非对称变形失稳机理,提出了多介质耦合支护方案。实践表明:采用高强度锚杆+锚索+W钢带+钢筋网+注浆锚杆+喷砼支护方式能有效提高巷道稳定性。研究成果为今后类似工程设计积累了经验。

In view of the characteristics of large inclination (at average angle 55°), short distance of coal seams, how to maintain the mining case,, the scientific and practical supporting scheme was proposed by gob-side entry retaining of working face, resolved under the influence of repeated mining along the gob-side entry retaining supporting scheme problem is a urgent to major technical problems.of Zhangjiaba coal mine.
In this paper, Zhao jia ba mine the +340 level of 306 mining area 9 seam 3964 Face drift as the main object of study,,by surrounding rock loose circle test, the initial program implementation, study on Field Test of strata control observation, the test of the mechanical property of surrounding rock,Indoor Ping Li interaction loadable similar material simulation experiment and numerical simulation, Zhao dam the Guangwang mine coal in steep seam along the empty left the roadway deformation instability mechanism of in-depth study,Zhao dam the Guangwang mine coal in steep seam along the gob-side entry retainingdistortion and stability of mechanism of in-depth study,analysis of the gob-side entry retaining of steep seam asymmetric distortion and stability of mechanism, proposed multi-media coupling support programs, and has been optimized.Practice shows that: the use of high strength bolt, pallet + anchor cable + W steel strip l + mesh reinforcemenr + grouting bolt + Concrete Spraying support pattern can effectively control the stability of roadway.
